Actually when manmohan singh ji launched economic reforms as FM back in early ninteies every intelligence agency across the Asia was upbeat n contributed so that india could take up centre stage..allthough many failed n that included kashmir..gujrat.. BJP..pakistan..n felt honey trapped by the intelligence agency having thier track record ofmining n farming for more than five thousands years..
It was Narasimha Rao who was responsible for the economic reforms as the PM. Manmohan Singh was just his FM. You don't credit Manmohan Singh's FM for anything when Singh was the PM
