The fact that Mandalore has receipts in the form of that picture that I can physically see is sending me, because I have to face the reality that everything he says is true and he's not fucking with everyone like Punk does sometimes.
IIRC he's learned to take pictures of weird stuff when it happens, like his recent Caribbean holiday where he witnessed a man fondling a stingray. Waffle House of the Sea is one of the primo episodes of 2023, rivalled only by Man Meat. I kinda hope Mandy's on the upcoming November episode, since if PST's taking a break in December, it'd be amazing if this season went out with a bang. Like Mandy drops another Scout Camp story on us, and it's about how he encountered a bear.
@@androgenius_alisa I don't know... Remember the time he and Boo went to buy an xbox and ended up riding home with a nazi, for 2 hours? That was pretty good story that could've been very deadly...

It gave me a flashback to the "Wholesome Bird Interlude" from Tom Scott's journey from Pratts Bottom to Balls Cross. There wasn't any vaping in that video, but there was a Eurasian owl that Tom and his friend were handling at a bird sanctuary. It's pretty easy to find the video, and while the humour is a little drier and less spicy than PST, it's still a fun little road trip.
I'm pretty new to the podcast but so far, Brendan has demonstrated the psychic ability to alter/enter dreams, control the fabric of reality to play foo fighters at will, and act as some kind of anomaly magnet
And Mandy has what he says a witch for a neighbor, argues with coyotes and likes to mess with other cast members on a meta level they don't even realize at times. Mandy, Brendon and PunkDuck are quite a force of havoc when talking together. I kinda wish they'd get ssethtzeentach as a guest, because Mandy knows him, but I think it'd melt SirMeows brain.
1:06:10 oh jesus now I'm reminded of a story I wrote in, what, 5th grade, about a group of kids who get caught up in 9/11 and are kidnapped by terrorists and escape, and at some point the main bad guy says the phrase "Your feeling of helplessness is your best friend, savage" for no reason other than I was really into Red Alert 2 at the time.
I was thinking of Brendaniel himself being the Postal Dude of our world. Partly because of his dad, and partly because his voice has definite notes of Postal Dude, especially when he's more subdued. Though thankfully, Postal Brendan is a lot more chill than the Postal Dudes of other timelines. If anything, he's kinda like if the Postal Dude went through a Wholesome Duke arc, like in the KinoFabino memes. *Postal Brendan:* "You wanna sign my petition?" *Jeremy Renner:* _"nOoOoOo"_ *Postal Brendan:* "...understandable. About the Vikings in America thing: Brendan's Uncle might have heard that Vikings arrived in Greenland before indigenous people, which actually is true (sort of, if I remember right it was a really close timeline and there was a point when they were both there on opposite coasts without knowing about each other). Then they died and native Greenlanders came, and then the second round of European settlement happened. But the Vikings absolutely did *not* arrive in America before indigenous people.

On the Greggs Steak Beak thing. I work at Greggs and when a steak beak splits in the oven it sure does look like a baby just pooped all over the tray of steak beaks.
Years ago there was a hilarious Addams Family fan series called "Adult Wednesday Adams" that cease-and-desisted out of existence once the Netflix series was greenlit. It's worth a watch if you can find it.
Mando talks about Eagle Scout being good for your career, which is true but the military thing is not worth it. If you join the army as a Eagle Scout you get Private First Class (e3) pay, if your recruiter is a bro you can enter as a e2-3 just because they did you a favor by writing a random other recruit as a friend.

Mandy is a life threatening situation
Mandy is living the wild wasteland perk
It's why he always wears the armor
It’s always everyone talking
Then Mandy gives a comment that sparks a story that takes place over 4 generations and 18 main characters
