Getting lots of AP on Hwei in Arena

I may have a fable for unusual champions, regarding the fact that I not only love playing Aphelios, but also Azir and since his release, Hwei aswell.
I love him. He's great. Why should I only have 4 abilities if I could have 10 aswell? Lots of fun, lots of damage, lots of flexibility.
