Omg I did the same thing. I’m based in NYC so I would study at the local libraries in the area. But quick tips I would suggest to future real estate agents even before you get your license would be to go to open houses in your area, read books on sales, network, watch TH-cam videos, use quizlet so that you can study on the go, and to remain patient and dedicated 🙏🙏WISHING YOU ALL THE BEST🥳🥳
The test is the easy part! Making money is the challenge!
Keep in mind that the 4 million is CAD, in USD it’s about 2.9 million which is still insanely high of a price. In most states that same house would probably be under $600,000, besides from like California and NYC
that's like 300-400k in my home town

Probably 150k in my area of MN.
But location location location. Vancouver is crazy. And 4 mill is like 3 million US dollars.

Your lack of math skills will jeopardize someone obtaining their home w/ you
