    So true, i stop doing triceps isolation movement because my triceps become gigantic just by bench press and military press, now i am focus on my hamer curls because when i started to rows over 65kg per arms i felt like my weak point is my hamer power. I do biceps curls because they won`t grow for pulling but i don`t do triceps anymore, in fact my triceps become so big at one point that the muscules made presure on my cubital tunel and i had problems with my fingers.
    The only muscules i do i isolation are biceps and claves.

    • @lukaskuipers7791
      @lukaskuipers7791 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      to be fair though, a LOT of powerlifters and strongmen do tricep isolation work despite their triceps not lagging behind. The tricep is honestly a muscle I might make an exception to this rule for, since every sincle pressing movement, be it bech press, overhead press, dips, pushups, you name it, is positively impacted by it. If your tri's are so big that it gives you issues it's good you stopped isolating them, but imo tricep training is energy well spent

      @@lukaskuipers7791 I agree with you, triceps is so important in pushing movements but we all have different genetics and body composition.
      Once i saw a video where Ronnie Coleman said that he train arms every once in a whille because his arms grow with pushing and pulling movements but thats all vary from person to person, some people have gigantic forearm and never stimulate them directly.
      In my home gym there is a guy who do flat bench press with bodybuilder tehnique 200kg x 10 reps and incline as well and he never train his triceps and he don`t want to compete, he can be the best powerlifter in my country but he want to be a bodybuilder and he can`t because he is 185cm x 145kg (fat).
      In my case is not a body leverage that make my triceps grow because i grow my pecs with classic bench press as i do with dumbbells so in my case is genetic, my triceps grow in low rep range the same as in high rep range with tut.
      Now i do powerbodybuilding and i am satisfied.

      @@ROTVAJLER83 you're right, genetics play a super important role as well. My non existant lats went from one to two barn doors wide doing only pullups in a matter of months, while my chest has stayed the same size after lots of pushups, dips, and bench pressing.

    in the other words, we can do back excercise with bicep involve let say 50% on the movement? because when working out back in heavy load I can feel my bicep pumping, is it okay to do?

    Most bros spend all day doing curls and extensions and wonder why they arms look the same lol

    • @darthghitza8037
      @darthghitza8037 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I curl at the end of my deadlift workout. I did not use to curl at the end of my deadlift workout, I used to think heavy rowing is enough. My arms only started growing once I started curling. It's the same for my triceps as well. If you are not genetically arm dominant, you need to do some isolation work. Not a lot, but a few sets of curls and triceps extensions will do wonders at the end of your workouts.

    • @00pedroboss00
      @00pedroboss00 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@darthghitza8037 heavy rowing and heavy weighted chins and pull ups is optimal for your bis.
      And how much do you row? how much do you bench?

    • @darthghitza8037
      @darthghitza8037 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@00pedroboss00 I would say my best row was around 80 kilos (~175 lbs) for 10 reps, at a body-weight of 180 pounds and around 5'10 (178 cm). My bench is pretty similar. The weight I row is irrelevant though. I'm not saying rows don't work my biceps, they do... but to a lesser extent than my back... so over time, I end up with lagging arms and over developed back and chest. A few sets of curls are important at the end of a pulling session. So in my opinion a good pulling sessions would look something like this: deadlifts, rows, pullups, face pulls, curls.

    • @00pedroboss00
      @00pedroboss00 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@darthghitza8037 80 kilos?? bro you dont even have the right to curl. lol

    I disagree with him, compound exercise are great and I do them too, however a compound exercise will hit many body parts but will distribute less percentage per body part as compared to isolation exercises.
    In other words for example a squat will build your quads,hammies and glutes but each one will not be given the maximum amount of hypertrophy as compared if you did leg extensions, leg curls and glutes bridges.
