Could you imagine how much of a failure you would feel like if Ronnie said yeaaaah buddy lightweight and told you to push that weight up and you failed the lift! Lol that would be the worst.

@@yeahdefinitely6607 don't take him as an example , he won't admit that he screwed up many times , all of his injuries could be avoided or at least healed properly , but no , he just smiles and ego-lifts like he's been doing his whole life , at least now he can't even lift enough to injure himself anymore , but saying stupid things like " only thing I regret is not squatting more " like the only his way was the right one , that he had to injure himself , making light of injuries is irresponsible , he's famous , people watch him , people will listen to him , he makes injuries seem acceptable and many people don't realise they can fuck up their life , and most will definitely not be mister olympia or accomplish anything

I personally like the aesthetics, simple but sometimes simple is best and the assortment of equipment looks better than most standard commercial gyms only gym that'd give it real competition is a gym like crunch, but for me a gym like crunch is just to chaotic.

Growing up in Kuwait and living in Egypt Panatta was pretty much the best stuff we had. It not only gives great pumps in isolated muscles exercises, but the stuff is durable! I moved to the US and discovered Panatta was not American as I thought. Panatta would easily compete here on quality and design to give you the best exercises. I have no doubt they can easily take a big market share !
