Very interesting take on Good Day! Feels almost like a spiritual sequel (prequel? I don't know) to the third part in Variations on a Cloud. Thematically speaking.
To me it feels the a parallel to the original to mock the message. Or if one of the tally boys just had the shittiest year and needed to vent 😂

My Analysis. (BIG ASS ESSAY)
First of all, The Heart got full control on this song, he knows that him being able to do anything is rare, hence "Don't you know that it's rare that I even came?",
He'll only be here for one day until the Bad Thoughts return. The "Bad Thoughts" are clearly a reference to The Mind, that tries to take control in some lines like: "LET US SING",
The Heart hates to talk about The Mind, while The Mind is just tired of trying to convince The Heart to hear him, The Mind is trying to convince The Heart that he is "something" important and natural, but The Heart isn't convinced which makes The Mind suffer, The Heart thinks that The Mind is a automated freak (monster), since it doesn't need to breathe, drink, or eat.
"Instead it creeps at night and sneaks on in and festers while you sleep" is a reference to The Mind turning off when the body sleeps, and how The Heart sees it as festering (which means rotting),
"Looking through glass eyes, giving a few tries, nothing goes right in its time" is The Heart telling The Mind to try to see by his vision, atleast once, it doesn't even need to be exactly now, just sometime.
"Kill all its bad dreams, wonder bout no things, circles and spirals in mind" is The Heart telling The Mind to get rid of bad thoughts that it thinks he has, or just wanting The Mind to be powerless on this body.
"What's really what I say is that about a resignated sigh" is The Heart's reaction to The Mind refusing his request, a simple sigh.
"So come along, I think I'm done, I think we're done, yes this is done" is The Heart giving up on convincing The Mind, and accepting "death", so he questions if it will be with pills or with a gun (this might be a reference to Ruler of everything, since it's also the song prior to this one, in which tells the story of why The Heart shoots The Mind [Mucka Blucka is before and after Ruler of everything, it just tells us about the shot, but not the context.]).
"You want me to sing? Fine." Is either The Mind asking The Soul to speak for him, or The Heart asking for help.
"Looking through glazed eyes, helps you to realize, nothing goes right in your life, the meds aren't that helpful, it's hard to stay half-full when all you know's anger and spite" can be The Soul telling The Heart how he is wrong in judging The Mind the way he does, which is out of anger and spite.
"I thought you knew, I knew bout why I want to die and say goodbye" is The Heart realizing that The Mind is not the reason they want to die, but The Mind knows why, but he thinks that The Heart can't handle it, hence why he calls him "feeble and frail" in TME.
"I wanted you to know I thought you knew but why and by and why?" Is The Heart questioning why The Mind doesn't want to tell him why they want to die.
The Let us sing part is The Soul speaking with a bit of The Mind on the background,

"A version free from sadness and perversion" would be a version without The Mind singing it.
"Eyes be blocked from devastation" is a reference to how The Heart is blind/blindfolded, and if he sees the reality, he will be devastated.
"All to see is self-elation" is The Heart only being able to see the bright side of things, he doesn't look deep into it because he will be devastated if so, so he sees the good side, or atleast tries to.
"Birds and bees and television", I don't fucking know what this is supposed to mean, maybe a reference to the original Good Day clip, and also a reference to Murders's "Bees and Birds, who knew the words", maybe a representation of The Mind,Soul and Heart. But Idk.
"Cardboard boxes, x-ray vision", The Cardboard boxes possibly reference The Bidding, which is the song where The Mind and The Heart first harmonize, a x-ray vision could mean both sides seeing by the other's perspective, and in some x-rays, you can see The Mind (brain) and The Heart (heart duh).
"You don't want to see the truth", again referring to how The Heart is blind and shouldn't see the truth of things, or devastation might occur.
"What's convenient will do", probably telling The Heart to stay seeing things the way he does, because it means that he won't see the truth anytime soon.
"Telephones and silly games", this is the only line that I can't figure out what it refers to, reply to this comment if you have any idea.
"Periods and lots and lots of question marks", is about The Heart's questions regarding the reason to want to die, and why The Mind hides it from him.
"Oh no." The Soul's reaction to The Heart taking control again.
Now onto the () shall we?
(Let us sing) is The Mind's first line in the song, so that's why I think The Mind is the background voice and not The Heart.
(Let us sing endlessly), might be The Mind trying to manipulate The Soul, so that he can silence The Heart permanently, or atleast maintain control.
(Carelessly, callously), The Mind doesn't care about consequences as long as he gets The Heart out of the picture, and he is trying to get The Soul's help to do so.
(Let us see entropy), The Heart's feelings are unpredictable, he relishes entropy, and The Mind wants to see them beforehand. Hence "See entropy", which he also does in The Bidding.
(Enter me, Enter ye) The Mind wants to split The Soul into his own part, and in Light, The Soul says "But I won't be split in two", The Soul is made of half of Mind and half of Heart, The Mind wants his own part and "fuse" together.
(Let us sing resentful pleas) The Mind feels like The Heart is being unfair to him, so he uses The Soul as a method of The Heart listening to him.
(Helplessly, relentlessly) The Mind won't hesitate to get The Heart out of the picture, he doesn't want The Heart to be helped by The Soul, so he will try to do it without remorse
(Let us read ABCs), This is another one that I can't tell what it means, possibly the control that The Mind will have once The Heart is gone, I really don't know.
(Oh, no...) This Oh no, probably is The Mind realizing that The Heart is taking control again, since Just Apathy (Which is a song that starts with Heart and is mainly about him[?]) plays after this song.

One thing I would like to add to this is that I don’t think that it’s Mind that Heart is talking about, it’s his depression. Usually in these lyric videos, the screen will change when it’s a different person talking but since the depression is part of him, it doesn’t.
Also it would seem out of character to be Mind talking about how Heart (and by default Mind and Soul) should kill himself because in “Storm and a Spring” he talks about how Heart killing himself would not be logical, not fully understanding Heart’s depression. (Idk these are just my thoughts and also sorry for any typos)
