This is the video I had been looking for, for some time! Many body roll tutorials just show you how to do the movement. I'm totally confident in doing a body roll on my own, but was looking for clearer instruction as how to follow the lead's signal, which is what I struggle with. Thank you!
Such a great tutorial! This helped me to feel more comfortable with body rolls. Sometimes I can't notice when my lead is signalling me to do one; now I just need to practice :)
