Cool videos man, Im learning alot through them... I just ordered some of the SuavecitoxRhythm... Jowee (Mr.Rhythm) is a pinstriper buddy of mine and he got the privelage of doing a collaboration with them so I decided to try it out, finally. His can looks really cool, like the 1Shot paint cans we all use for pinstriping. I too was using the Layrite, not bad, I dig it. I pretty much like my hair like yours. Although I live in a small town where good barbers are hard to come by and I work everyday in the oil field so not a whole lot of time to style my hair... I also have a can of Cock Grease (petroleum) that I have never dipped into and a can of Robs Chop Shop 20WT (he also has a 30 & 50WT)... I'd recommend you try that one and would like to see your review on it. Its $10/4oz, holds pretty good for a light wieght and smells really nice. The smell is kinda like a vanilla maybe cinnamony... The Cock Grease I have is a XX and the smell is is more along the lines of the chemicals but not over bearing, but like I said I've never tried it out. I only started using the water based cause of how hard it was to remove the petroleum based out of my hair... But thanks to your degreaser vid I think I'll try the Rob's Chop Shop again tomorrow (gonna be windy!) after I get me a fresh cut! Keep up the cool videos and I hope to see the Rob's review sometime...
Im gonna say I'm a little more biased towards Voodoo Brew. The build up is 1000% times better than Schmiere. People complain it's not shiny enough but once you let it sit for two days it looks awesome without being greasy.
I have been using Layrite it is really good but high on price for a four ounce jar it cost $15.00 use little and it goes far a whole jar can stretch me for a month or two. But i have went back to oldschool tres flores $5.00 for 3.25 ounce but it does the job for me. So i go back and forth on the 2 products. Crew is really expensive but i loved that pommade only problem it drys fast as soon as you apply it.
Do you happen to have the lucky 13 Swagger? I really wanna know what’s in it. There is like no information anywhere and they don’t make it anymore. I wanna make one myself at home. I have the perfyme already.
hunter cartman I feel you man. If you got the money grab some layrite super hold and mix it was an oil/petroleum based, it will give you the hold you want and it won't harden up.
complimenti per i video. Io uso murray's super light per la brillantezza e suavecito firm hold ora ho ordinato "Schmiere" German heavy weight pomade vediamo come si comporta saluti dall'Italia
taeyeung007 well there are TONS of water based pomades on the market and I've only tried a few. I use Imperial Classic pomade and it is really quality stuff with crazy hold! But its pricey.. I think Shiner Gold is a great value at $13 a can. You can also try sauvicito. I personally never tried it but a lot of guys swear buy it. I'm gonna buy Admiral Pomade just because it's new I want want to try something different. And honestly.. These new home brew pomade is where you gonna find innovation and a really refined product trying to stand out from the rest!
yea but i live in canada so it costs a lot more to get it shipped here or hard to even find home brewed stuff. i was able to find grandads on discount during xmas. hope thats good lol
I have thick hair, and I want something that gives some shine and not too much hold ( but good for my thick hair ). I want a hairstle between Mariano Di Vaio and David Beckham, what do you recommend ? If someone who is passing by give me some tips I would apreciate as well.
Gabriel Rossetto Muçouçah I use a combination allot. Heavy hold + medium hold so you get the best of both. heavy hold for the hold and the medium hold just to get the heavy hold in place without pulling your hair
My steps for styling hair: 1. Damp hair 2. Comb hair while hairdrying it at the same time 3. Apply pomade 4. Comb again and style the hair All done. :)
Hey man, i have slightly curly and thin hair and can barely see my skin when my hair is dry. I wanna know that which one should i use to create high pomps and which has better shine and hold.dax wave and groom or murray's superior
Ok mate, but there is one thing that i cant understand. I have seen pomades like super neat and neat and clean ( something like that) but does neat means???
What do you recommend for short thick wavy hair..ill only tried suavecito firme hold, after a while it just false apart..I want something that last all day and holds my hair on place
hey im new to using pomade and i bought layrite and used it twice but its not quite holding up my hair when i style it. once i leave the house it sorta droops down. not sure if my hair is too heavy/thick or im not putting enough product in my hair im afraid of using petroleum base pomade cuz i dont want to break out. ive been looking into dax w&g and ppl say its easier to get out than murrays. what do you recommend? thanks
yes dax wave & groom is absolutely easier to get out than murrays. if you are looking for an easy way to degrease i would recommend looking at my video on how to remove pomade from your hair on my channel.
Just keep the grease off your forehead by wiping it off and I recommend waxier pomades in the heat so grease doesnt run down your face. I have an acbr problem too so I usually degrease every day. Its easy just watch my video.
Andrew Villeda i bought dax W&G ytd and tried it out for the first time today. i like the outcome. my hair still drooped down half way during the day but it still looked cool lol. one thing i didnt like was the fact that it didnt harden up and i felt like it would rub off on my jkt/shirt. is there a way to harden it up so i dont get the oily feel when i touch it or so it doesnt rub off my my jkt? thanks !
You are going to want something on the waxy and sticky side so I am going to suggest voodoo brew. This one in particular has the best build up I have seen seen and will hold any hair down but only after you let it sit for two days. If you have dark hair use voodoo brew, if you have lighter hair use voodoo brew 2.
taeyeung007 taeyeung007 oil based pomades do not harden up. They stay soft and pliable all day long. So you can restyle during the day.. I'd recommend carrying a comp to RECOMB during the day. If you want it to harden then use water based pomade. They dry and harden. Some harden more than others. If you want a little shine I'd recommend Shiner Gold. If you want more of a matt finish then I highly recommend Imperial Classic Pomade.
Hey guys, I have crazy thin soft hair, it just goes straight down like a girl. fairly short, and I am looking for a waterbased pomade, any suggestions?
im a Girl #tomboy and i used hair gel for so long and i like pomade now alot i can restyle and fix it and not worrie about caspa/flakes? Aniways, i ordered some Dax and i like the smell is like a baby soft sent and has a good hold, hard to wash off tho its okay jaja i even ordered a tub for my lil bro. Also Tres Flores and i fucken love the smell is like nostalgic and fresh scent its a soft gel type but it's good hold and some NuNile wich im waiting for to arrive tommorow so idk -_- lag lol aniways all good so far for good prices. So i agree with you.
Never trust a pomade review by a man with a hat on.
No kiddin'.
I am black. Show me respect
I use suavecito , bona fide superior hold and fiber hold
have you tried Murray's superlight it has a good hold and a nice clean coconut and vanilla scent
Tres Flores is one my favorite pomades
agree on the dax wax....First one I used...tried others thst are more expensive and water based ones and nothing compares.... £3...can't beat it
awesome collection dude

Hey Man, which one do you prefer: Schmiere Hart or Voodoo Brew? I love side-part and pomp stlye. Thanks Man!
Im gonna say I'm a little more biased towards Voodoo Brew. The build up is 1000% times better than Schmiere. People complain it's not shiny enough but once you let it sit for two days it looks awesome without being greasy.
I use tres Flores, suavecito and Lockhart goon greese
Alberto Curiel goon grease is fuckin king
I have been using Layrite it is really good but high on price for a four ounce jar it cost $15.00 use little and it goes far a whole jar can stretch me for a month or two. Have you ever tried Mr. Ducktail pomade?
hunter cartman I feel you man. If you got the money grab some layrite super hold and mix it was an oil/petroleum based, it will give you the hold you want and it won't harden up.
Hi Men great vídeo! Which one would you recommend me for a more spiky look? (shor hair not punk haha) :)
I use murrays. Its so good but i melted it (softened) on the way to Vegas
Last question, my friend. Which one is better: Voodoo Brew or DAX Wave &Groom? Thx
What do you suggest for short slick back hair? Gel doesn't really hold it down too well
try American Original Sin or Ultimate Sin (if you want more hold), great shine
Suavecito is good?
complimenti per i video. Io uso murray's super light per la brillantezza e suavecito firm hold ora ho ordinato "Schmiere" German heavy weight pomade vediamo come si comporta saluti dall'Italia

It’s got a nice sheen
I have thick hair, and I want something that gives some shine and not too much hold ( but good for my thick hair ). I want a hairstle between Mariano Di Vaio and David Beckham, what do you recommend ? If someone who is

Try the green Reuzel or any other medium hold oilbased
Zahirudin Aznan thanks bro.

Is Murray's beeswax good?
It is and its very firm and comes off easily
What do you recommend for short thick wavy hair..ill only tried suavecito firme hold, after a while it just false apart..I want something that last all day and holds my hair on place
Heavy hold oil based. Any which.
Star wax crystal is by far the best Smelling pomade. Try it out bro.
Do u have a video about layrite pomade
Im about to make a layrite video very soon
Nice
So what pomade u recommend me for like the style u do on ur videos
Are you looking for a water base or petroleum base?
Which is better
hey im new to using pomade and i bought layrite and used it twice but its not quite holding up my hair when i style it. once i leave the house it sorta droops down. not sure if my hair is too heavy/thick or im not putting enough product in my hair

Andrew Villeda what about acne problems? do people usually get acne or dandruff when using pomade?
Just keep the grease off your forehead by wiping it off and I recommend waxier pomades in the heat so grease doesnt run down your face. I have an acbr problem too so I usually degrease every day. Its easy just watch my video.

taeyeung007 After finish with your hairstyling, use hairspray! :)
I have a hair whorl on the side if my head and when I use pomade some hair stick out what is a strong pomade you could suggest to me
You are going to want something on the waxy and sticky side so I am going to suggest voodoo brew. This one in particular has the best build up I have seen seen and will hold any hair down but only after you let it sit for two days. whats the heaviest/strongest pomade but good quality?? thanks

I have the thickest waviest hair ever and median holds don't even hold my side part. So I picked up some murrays. This should be interesting
Hey guys, I have crazy thin soft hair, it just goes straight down like a girl. fairly short, and I am looking for a waterbased pomade, any suggestions?
going for something like this www.fashionising.com/hair/b--mens-slicked-back-with-side-part-60650.html
I don't think they sell those in stores I need one that sells in stores
Is there any Pomade that smell to mint? By the way... BRYLCREEM !!!
Schmiere Special Edition "Doktor Corvus' Haar Balsam" is a petroleum-based pomade with peppermint scent.
Reuzel green medium hold has like a peppermint chocolate
Bender Rodriguez big slick heavy dirty mint scent
Pete and Pedro is water based pomade but it smells like mint and feels amazing in hair
Brylcreem is the worst pomade cause acne.
Sheene
