I paused the comments on this video because this video is just a placeholder until I make a more in-depth one. However, I've compiled a list of questions some of you might have: 1. Why did you buy this? Just buy an N100 mini PC! Mostly to test the capabilities of box86/box64 and ARM Linux when paired with a more capable SoC. It'd be interesting to see if I can edit a video or get games in my Steam library playable on such a niche device that wasn't made for such workloads. There's also not much information about the Orange Pi 5 Pro when compared to other SBCs. You're right that for most intents and purposes, a mini PC is better in terms of price to performance, upgrade potential, and software compatibility, but it also wouldn't be as interesting to look at in my humble opinion. 2. Is this a review? No because I didn't buy this product for the sake of determining whether you should buy it or not. Most of you probably shouldn't buy it. 3. Why is the footage so poor? It's not the final video, my priority was getting things to work rather than capturing good footage. The final footage will be captured with my capture card instead of my camera. When that video is released, this one will either be unlisted or deleted because everything in this video will be featured in that video (plus more). 4. Did you get box86/box64/Steam working? No, not yet. I ran into a few hurdles with that, which is why this video is not complete, but I'm confident I can get it working which is why this isn't the final video. If you have any other questions in the mean time, shoot me an email or a DM on Matrix (contact details are on my website).
