Hi all. Please note that this video isn't meant to be an in-depth video about Linux Gaming, so I didn't include everything I potentially could. I'm kinda disappointed with how this video turned out, but I've been very busy and didn't wanna delay this too much. Hope y'all understand!! :)
I use an even older Dell Optiplex 780 for daily tasks and light gaming (running latest Linux Mint)... The fan part is that i now use this dell for my work on a daily basis - since i never had any problems with Mint - while my i7@4.4Ghz Win10 PC is only used for games from time to time...
i have a pc with an i7 4770 and a gt 710. I think about putting a ssd and gpu in it every day, I alreddy have a good laptop with a 1650 but i am pretty sure the desktop would be faster with an rx 580 or 570, You should compare windows in a qemu passthrough vm with using proton or other compatibility layers
It would be funny to see how well two setups run on that one PC. That would be £22.5 per setup... xD Because you already have Minecraft, you could also make a (¿public?) Minecraft server out of that thing... but you'd need a static IP address. Thanks for the nice video, and happy Easter from Germany.

It will not make a difference, but ram slots 2&4 are usually the ones to choose first. Also props for including warframe ;)
Thank you!
Great video once again! :D Would love to see a Part Two!
Glad you enjoyed it! I'll be sure to work on that.
