What is your views on bait stops if I may ask.your good vid does,nt show any you may put them on at a later date Or some may like to use without on flapper rig as bait will end up at business end of you know what I mean. Enjoying the vids good viewing and thanks for doing in the first place.
Hi, I would use bait stops on a clipped down rig to prevent the baits from flying down the snoods away from the hooks on the cast. You could use bait stops on a flapper rig to ensure that baits like worms stay at the business end, but I mostly use small strips of mackerel and a minimum amount of elastic to secure them to the hook, so it shouldn’t be a problem.

you really should be lubing your knots before pulling tight , rookie error 🙂
It actually makes little difference with some modern lines, especially Amnesia.
The distortion in the line behind the lead clip and swivel states otherwise heat has wrapped it
