@@purplebeast8353 They are technically cyborgs. The original Japanese is "jinzouningen," which is closer to "Artificial human" or maybe "artificial mortal." The word "Ningen" doesn't translate perfectly.
For instance, Zamasu uses "ningen" to refer to any being that isn't divine.

To me dragon ball and one piece has the same amount of good fights, and when i say good fight, i dont me flashy and one sided fights like gear 4 goku vs kaido or ui goku vs jiren. When i be thinking about real hands fr, i know i listed a lot of one piece fights, but examples of real hands would be majin vegeta vs goku, cell vs goku, buu vs vegito or piccolo vs android 17.
I do prefer op fights over dragon balls but not saying dragon ball dont got any good fights fr

They are known as Cyborg 17 and 18 in the Japanese version. The English dub changed it to Android

Lol, the reason why 17 and 18 have human parts is cause they're not actually "Androids" but Cyborgs (cybernatically enhanced humans), the English dub just used the term Androids instead, which is where the confusion comes from for English speakers. And Cell regenerated because his core (head) wasn't completely destroyed, which gave him the insane power boost because of the saiyan in him. Video was STUPID btw (in a good way lmao).

I grew up with Naruto and I'm a fan of both, but Naruto is kind of trash compared to Dragon Ball.
It's not, Naruto literally has better written challenges and a better story. Naruto objectively is better, a lot of anime is. Dragon ball is so basic. That being said I still enjoy watching DB more
@@90sprinceofcrime67 Naruto is not a better written story. The old Dragon Ball had a much better and more consistent story, unlike Naruto which very often gets lost in its own depths. It tries to drift between a children's story about love and friendship and a deep story, so in the end it comes out a very strange mishmash.
Ofc Dragon Ball Super is pure fanservice and is poorly written, but the old Dragon Ball did a great job of creating stories and creating mysteries.

For every amazing moment there were terrible ones. Everyone hates the Kaguya reveal, the Obito wankfest after he died, the FLASHBACKS (Naruto's swing best character), Team Guy vs Doppelgangers, Neji's death, talk-no-jutsu, HASHIRAMA CELLS BB...Yeah. Dragon Ball, on the other hand, is more basic in its stories, but it is a very consistent, and consistently good, story.
I feel like I'm coming across as a hater, but I actually love Naruto. I own the DVDs, played atll the games, I grew up with it. But Dragon Ball is a great series through and through.

Like I said I enjoy Dragon ball more but it's literally such a simple story and you're literally admitting to liking a simple not to complex story. the characters aside from Vegeta aren't complex at all and this isn't a bad thing, not everything needs to be this crazy convoluted story.
