നാമത്രയ മഹാ മന്ത്രം:
അച്യുതായ നമഃ , അനന്തായ നമഃ , ഗോവിന്ദായ നമഃ
ഭണ്ഡാസുരനെ കൊന്നു കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ട്‌ ദേവി ശക്തി സേനയുമായിട്ട്‌ വല്യ ഘോഷയാത്രയായിട്ട്‌ പോവുകയാണ്‌. പോകുമ്പോ സൈന്യം കൂടെ എത്തുന്നില്ലാ. ദേവി തിരിഞ്ഞു നോക്കിയപ്പൊ കയ്യും കാലും ഒടിഞ്ഞ്‌ തലപൊട്ടിയ സൈനികരെയാണ്‌. ദേവി തിരിഞ്ഞ്‌ നിന്നു കൊണ്ട്‌ നാമത്രിതയ മഹാമന്ത്രം ജപിക്കാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. ഉടനെ എല്ലാവരുടെയും അസുഖങ്ങൾ മാറി എന്നാണ്‌ ലളിതോപാഖ്യാനത്തിൽ പറയുന്നത്‌.

Don’t forget to check your oxygen levels throughout for atleast 14 days, do breathing exercises for making lungs stronger, drink much water, eat good food, sleep enough. But move around at home for light exercise. Be positive!
