Yes, you can if you knit in plain knitting mode, not in circular mode. You will need to knit 3 panels and seam them together. I don't have any videos with plain knitting, but I will make some.

Puedes hacerle el brim con un telar redondo, como son cinco tubos y por cada tubo necesitas 11 pegs que en total serían 55 pegs, tu telar necesitaría ser de 55 pegs, te recomiendo los chunky flexee loom links puedes hacer el telar del tamaño que quieras, eso si acaso te gustaría hacer el borde al gorro.
