Signage turned out great.. When you mentioned signage at the beginning of the video, the first thing that came to mind was a bar that my uncle used to go to in N.C. called the Blue Goose... Good luck with the power tour... Take care, see you Friday...
Starting my chassis swap on my K10 in October. Going to keep it lifted and 4WD. Trying to find a z71 Tahoe to use. Any suggestions would be really helpful.
💀q died when I watched the ride on phase...... 😱 You got to let me help you with that paint...I want to put some rust and drip on it too. Other than that AIRHEADZ KUSTOM AIRBRUSH
It's usually called "Application film" all sign supply companies sell it in many sizes... Just weed the Vinyl first and then apply the film ... I'm retired but I taught Fine Art and also Airbrush techniques since the very early 70's in the USA and then in 1979 moved down under to teach it here... still do, but those war wounds have taken a toll on me and I had to sell my Bikes, even my restored Indian and my 56' Triumph... sad! Back in the 60's and 70's, you use the Xerox machine and rubber cement for masking (Cartoons usually for me) ... I lived through it all ... My last trip back home to the USA in 2017, I went to the MACK Factory in Michigan. After 9 years Army I took a teaching job in Australia ... Imagine going from an Airborne Sniper (2/502 Infantry, 101st Airborne in Vietnam) ... to teaching young folks how to be an artist .... it does help with the P.T.S.D. a lot... It's not hard to do mate, give it a try...
what kind of shop made your stencils? I've tried some places where I would order the sticker then use the pull back part as a template but seems expensive around here. What did the stencils run?
Nothing beats the skill of an Old School Sign Painter….this would be ok for a movie prop .
Absolutely
Man what a nice sign, I think you could totally do the shading with black paint. it doesn't need to be perfect a mix of techniques and styles
Great idea using the soap and water before applying. Wish I knew that when I applied one to a church wall. Turned out great- very cool 😎

You need to replace the needles on your machine for a sharper cut of vinyl.
Nice we do! first time using it! Thanks for the tip!
@@Rustomod it could be the PSI on the needles as well
We are easier to find than ever thanks to social media and google.
I’ll check you out!
I thought the people who do this use something called frisket which is cheaper than vinyl.
nice, where did you get the transfer tape
I believe on Amazon
