My beauty regimen is sleep, exercise, good food, supplements, good thoughts, good books, working on myself, maintaining my distance from toxic people, and doing kindness unto others while expecting nothing and maintaining my distance (Because I tend to pick up on a lot of other people’s emotions). Of all these things, supplements and skincare products cost the most. I work out at home, do my own beauty maintenance and don’t eat out much at all. I find myself beautiful, not because I am or not by other people’s standards, but because I appreciate who God created in me. Being displeased with myself would be the same as being displeased with God. I thought I’d put this message out there for women to know that while it’s completely okay for anyone to do whatever they need to do to feel beautiful, that is not the only way. Women have been beautiful for generations without all these external things. Taking good care of yourself is the secret to beauty.

As adult who understands cost of living and the value of a dollar, I’d love for content creators to also share what they do for income. Younger people watching have no idea how much money this really is and what all can be done with $2k a month. This is not for hate, we just have a lot of young people and older people digging themselves into debt just to have nice things and have no idea how to obtain them responsibly.

I used to be this high maintenance with always ensuring my nails, hair, and waxes were done strictly every 2 weeks until I woke up and realized I didn’t need to stick to such a strict schedule and it’s too much work lol I’m ok with bushy brows and hairy legs at times. I just want to live life happily without constantly worrying about being on a strict schedule with my beauty regimen. I’m still the same and I look just as or more youthful than before. Drink water, praise Jesus, be as good of a person as you can be, work hard, be kind, and God will handle the rest

She worked out the shop AND turned her basement into a replica beauty salon with everything you would see in a beauty shop. I tried this when I was insecure and it quickly became so exhausting always trying to be “perfect”. People will call you ugly regardless of how much money you spend. There are ways to be beautiful without constantly having so many procedures done. We’re women, not dolls. Nails for example are literally so uncomfortable and impossible to do anything, it’s really not worth it. Idk maybe it’s because I’m only 18 and don’t understand the importance of all of this but this is just sad to me because I know when I wanted to do all of this I was insecure.

I only pay maintenance for my mental health and body health by going in vacations, to the opera and theater, reading books, writing poems, taking walks and exercising, not giving a damn about social media (I don't post my life there). And I can do these whilst being a mother and a wife and running my businesses. Faking my appearence is not my thing. And I'm very happy.

What people fail to realize is that botox and fillers ages you prematurely. The more consistent you are with it, the more your skin will sag as you get older and it will be to the point where no amount of surgery can revise that post-damage your face has gone through all those years. Give it some time. You're still young and growing into yourself. I wouldn't recommend getting consistent fillers while you're still young because it will cause premature aging in the long run. Take Kylie Jenner, for instance. She's notorious for having gone through multiple procedures - including botox sessions - and looks twice her actual age. Compared to all her sisters, she looks the oldest. To each their own personal decisions and choices, but the lengths some people will take in the name of attractiveness is beyond me.
