My 2020 LT has very comfortable Cloth Seats... Literally, every Review on the web seems to review the Premier version of the Bolt with Leather seats, and the first thing those reviewers point out is how uncomfortable the seats are... Obviously, there is a noticeable difference between the two types of seats. As an old ex-car salesman and Volt owner, I was looking for a DEAL when I purchased our new 2020 Bolt. With the 2021's (now 2022's) starting to hit the lots, and bad battery news being reported on the 2017 - 2019 Bolts... I went looking for a White LT and found one with extremely generous Discounts and ZERO % Financing! Also, a Dealer who really wanted a 2015 Volt with 20,000 miles on the clock. In the end, I ended up with a Bolt LT for nearly HALF the price as a Tesla and a range of 259 miles plus. I absolutely loved my Volt and now I love the Bolt... People need to understand that there are extremely good EV's out there that you don't have to spend $100K to get!
I personally like the front and back of the 2021 and interior of the 2022. However, I think the rear signal lights should have been integrated into the upper tail light assemblies, where they would be more visible. Just makes more sense to me.

Don’t break one or $$$$! The new ice blue metallic; just like the powder blue on the interior of my first EV, a 2016 Spark EV. Not a fav. Removing the chrome accents was a loss unless you have an all-black Bolt. With brighter colors there’s not much to break expanses on the sides. Rear rework was good, more mainstream, but brake/turn indicators are small. Hope they’re readily seen once snow/slush starts coating the bottom of the rear quarter panels and facia in winter. Almost like the broke the Bolt to sell more EUVs … -Interior definitely benefits from being more normal in the 2022, esp with more touch-friendly materials. We loose the utility of the storage space in front of the shifter, now height limited. Lost the tray in the center console? Odd & tiny cost saving move, eh? 2022’s seats are bound to be better as the earlier ones are thin on the bottom sides, though the 2022 black seats on mostly dark-to-black interior is almost boring, but still more mainstream. -The part I have yet to understand is why the stated battery capacity changed. Same battery cell chemistry, same module content, same number of modules. Odd. Is the 65 vs 66 the useable portion or the total? Thanks again!
I wonder if making the interior more monolithic and more in line with the interior of other GM vehicles is to keep the cost down more than any other reason.
I like the old front end much more. I like the new backend more. Unlike the presenter, I love the "stick shift" because it's easy to use, very easy, and you can switch from "D" to "L" like a handbrake. The dash of the new one is nicer but the old one looks great if you keep it in dark mode and not the bright white and blue.

All that hair adjusting takes away some of the vehicle quality
I think that says more about you than me. 💁🏻♂️
You spent way to much time on the 2021
Lucky for you I have an entire video on the 2022: th-cam.com/video/nJ--WhbzY0U/w-d-xo.html
If they're not selling the 2021 you should have not done this anything that GM does is because of cost and be careful about complaining because Red line reviews did that and now they hardly have any nice cars to review they give you these cars to review but they don't want to be criticized be careful if you got a nice gig going trust me you were whining like an old Sea hag other than that it was pretty good later gator 🐊✔️☠️
🤣🤣🤣 Thanks for your concern, Richard!
I appreciate your comments, but your opinions are not as welcomed.
Well they will remain…so you may have to hit the road!
Thanks for stopping by, Jonny!

I prefer the looks of the old one, including the silver wheels.
