The super long names are just for laughs but technically speaking that's the characters name so their real names but as far as I know it's not like based off any one story just a parody of save the princess stories ya know also putting the subtitles on this video was a freaking herculean task

Oh ren is blade in Chinese and it's the most commonly used name for their ship so it's just what I use for my titles
