The Collegium System is a system under which appointments or elevation of judges/lawyers to Supreme Court and transfers of judges of High Courts and Apex Court are decided by a forum known as the collegium. The forum comprises of the Chief Justice of India and the four senior-most judges of the Supreme Court.

The appointment process takes a long time because there is no set time limit. If the Collegium resends the same name, the government must give its approval to the names.

What is the process for appointment of judges before 1st judges Case?

Being an ordinary citizen, we strongly believe that there is something smoky/ fishy amongst judges.Being a Judge, so many judges are unable to express their opinion wide openly.They keep all their personal as well official problems in their heart,which is not Good for our judicial system.
First of all, clear all the issues or grievences of judges with open dialoque with them.
People going to court to settle their issue.Is there any court to settle the dispute of judges?
Hope the above action, will increase the efficiency of juducial system.
To conclude ,I would request the court to give preference to the cases of common people ,or group of people.
Importance for political cases may be taken on the basis of line of order.
judiciary is unaccountable and non representative.
Time bound imposed upon judiciary and accountability in collegium system derived from British colonialism judiciary if not another backlog cases pending enfringement of rights continued in British colonialism judiciary temporarily granted in favor of Supreme Court until revocation of the from Supreme Court by President of India.
