    It means that next incumbent was not ready to give his affirmation the name which present incumbent has given his ok so he decided to skip meeting purporting to keep himself busy. Writings on wall is clear. Collegium system is best despite its shortcomings. It has been in past when Govt appointed the judges the filling of posts was not up to vacancies existed.

    yes executive and legislative organ should not enter into the process of court bcz but there should be more transparency bcz collegium system indicates 'judge ka beta hi judge bnega'

    Sir ye log judges ko v appoint karne me sirious nhi hai to pala case to inshi logo k upar bunna chahiye
