There is no question of reciprocity bcz 2 eminent jurist would be chosen by the PM +CJI + Leader of opposition
In this case leader of opposition will also decide along with pm so how the reciprocity will exist
NJAC is mandatory
Judges chahta hai judge unke family se bane esliye vacant hai taaki lagataar apne family se judges banaya Jaa ske.
There should be NJAC so that may follow the check and balance
We want change this collegium system
No place for meritocracy in Collegium system, it's quid quo pro Bhai bhathija types. Ceasars wife should be above all suspicion
After seeing the video I totally get the knowledge of collegium system
Only relatives being appointed to judges .
Actually judges chahte hi nhi hai ki judiciary me kuch changes ho... Ye collegium system public and judiciary ke sath bhadda majak hai... Executive and judiciary ke bich abhi bhi Mel milap hai... Phir bhi govt apni taraf se supreme court ke no. Ko expand kr skti hai... Ek north east ek south ek west me ek central me hai hi... And judges ke no.. ko bhi hm bda skte hai...
@@souvikroychoudhury5965 kaise Bhai... Tumhe lgta hai ki cji honge ko kisi aise judge ko select krenge jinka unshe 36 ka aakada ho...

So you prefer dictatorship with 0 accountability than democracy with accountability on executives towards people of India.
It's funny.

Whatever you do in collegiam, It cannot act as a check to judicial system as end of the day, collegiam will be a subset of judiciary.
Can an accused be allowed to judge his own case? Answer is no. Then can the judiciary check and balance themselves? Answer is no.
Secondly collegiam is not directly or indirectly answerable to people or for that matter anyone. That is in principle against democracy and by definition dictatorship.
Let's consider as you say legislature LS and RS appoint judges who are having 63 relationship with them, still in 5 years people have possibility to change them. There will be atleast some degree of indirect accountability to action of Judges.
With collegiam it's impossible.
On betterment of system, Judiciary had committed to betterment in 2015 while rejecting NJAC. They have not acted upon that in last 7 years. They will not act upon that in next 70 years.
And by the way judiciary rejecting an bill passed in RS and LS is in itself unconstitutional.
Raja gae agrej aae, angrej gae judiciary aai.

And I think all excutive legislative and judiciary have contributed it's role for to hold constitution objective
But some it's loopholes has been also used for for specific benefit by some personalities
सुप्रीम कोर्ट का एक एक बेंच प्रत्येक प्रदेश में स्थापित होना चाहिए, जिससे कुछ ही वकीलों के वर्चस्व को खत्म किया जा सके।

Now colligium system is going on or not??
beautiful💕💕
You are talking about the efficiency of the Collegium system and making Collegium responsible for the delays in appointments of judges. But, the real reason of such delays is the Government itself. Government sits on the Collegium's recommendations and deliberately keeps number of names pending for indefinite period. The recent most significant example is the recommendation of Collegium to appoint Justice Dipankar Datta, Chief Justice of Bombay High Court to the Supreme Court. Although more than 15 days have passed, Government has not responded to the recommendation. It is not the Collegium, but the Government which wants to cripple the Judicial appointment process by showing reluctance to clear the names sent to it by making unreasonable delays. It is true that Collegium system also has some problems, but it is definitely better than leaving the Judicial appointments on the hands of executives. Independence in Judicial appointment is sine qua non to the Independence of Judiciary which is integral to the Basis structure of the Constitution and Rule of law. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the Judicial members to have supremacy in respect of the judicial appointments instead of giving supremacy to the executives.
You should read constitutional debate of dr Br Ambedkar on CJI supremacy
Yeah! Very true....gov must not indulge itself in judicial system.. honorable SC is pointing again and again about the delay in appointment even after recommendation
Let the people of country decide who can be the judge and who deserves to be in jail
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Sc is the Supreme Kotha
I do feel there should be changes in the Judiciary System, But the Executive should Stay Away from the Judiciary System.
Colegium system Bhai bhateeja bad
Collegium System should not Change otherwise the judiciary will not be independent rather it should be made more transparent.
In 21st century judiciary is the most corrupt system in India ????
