Just made this. SO GOOD! And best part is EASY! I added a couple of extra spices that might husband normally uses when he makes biryani. I am not as good at making biryani so he sent me this because he said the recipes are always very good and measurements are accurate. HE WAS RIGHT! I subscribed with all notifications on. Thank you!!
Sandhya garu plz make chitti muthyala ( jeera samba / jeera kasala rice ) chicken pulao in instant pot. The dish always come out perfect with your ip settings.
I cooked this recipe,exactly as you said,the taste is super good ,BUT the rice is completely soggy. Which mode did you take for pressure cooking: low or high,couldn't see it in your video.
@@SandhyasKitchen Thanks. I used high pressure, but the flzid was too much. Next time, I try it with 250ml instead of 450ml.I let the pot release by itself. Love the taste of the recipe!!!!!

It seems rice little bit overdone. Time shd be less for it to avoid overdone
Is the chicken boneless or bone in?
