- I finish up the hydraulics, Fix the bucket tilt problem, Find out there is an issue with the pump, and do a quick test.
These videos are meant to give you ideas and inspiration to work on your own projects. This is my hobby and I am not a professional welder or fabricator. There are probably better parts and better ways of doing things, but I use the parts and tools that I have already or can get cheaply

You're a clever man, and this is a great video I've learned a lot form you thanks my friend keep up the great work.
Thank You So Much! Thanks For Watching
@@kevinscreations4486do you have any blue prints available for free OR for sale for the loader ?
No, I'm a build as I go, with what I have available to use fabricator. So I mainly just wing it and do a lot of trial and error. It's definitely not perfect, but it does a good job. Thanks for watching!
Awesome job.
Wow that things sweet great work sir
Thank You!
😎👍
the pump I bought for my build had instructions on reversing the direction.
Like most Amazon( China ) products, mine came with no instructions
Looking good, that’s quite an accomplishment to fabricate something like that.
Is the belt stretching from the added load?
The added load is probably not helping, but I think a better belt and tensioner will take care of it. The tensioner that was rigged up on it from before, when someone altered it, has very little adjustment.
@@kevinscreations4486 those dang previous owners 😄 I know what that’s like!
Nice job! Are you going to share where you found some of the pieces?
Yes. Working on a video with where I got everything and what I spent on everything.
Really enjoying your videos Kevin, I am finishing up my Repower install and will start building my loader frame, arms etc.
Is there a reason you didn’t use the front shaft for your pump , also will there be room for the original battery mounting? And lastly is there enough volume inside the upright arm to hold enough fluid for the hydraulics.
Thanks and terrific job your doing!
Thanks for watching. I show how I mounted the battery in this video, and I show what I did with your other questions in previous videos. I would gladly tell you what I did, but it makes more sense in the videos. Thanks again
@@kevinscreations4486 sounds good, I will be watching them thanks Kevin
@@kevinscreations4486 Looks good Kevin! I may end up doing the same but also thinking about using the front shaft. Thanks
Is it hidraulic drive or belt ?
It has the stock hydrostatic transmission . This does not have the original engine setup with the horizontal shaft directly from the motor to the pump. It has a vertical shaft engine with a belt that turns a 90% gear that turns the hydrostatic pump and the new pump for the hydraulic cylinders. Please watch the whole play list and you will see it better. Thanks for watching!
Thank you good job how fast its run?
Here is one more quesion tell me plz is there in this days a normal usual garden tractors that has gearbox and clutch you know what i mean ? I want studie them how they made 😁
@ruslanginiyatullin9582 There are several larger garden tractors that have gears and a clutch that operates a belt. Some of the bigger lawnmowers that have the peerless transmission in them are good tractors. I have had a Craftsman and a Yard Pro and a Couple of Murray's. The peerless transmissions are in my Mini Hot Rod now and have used them in my Mini Semi and the Poor Boy Polaris. Hope that answers your question.
Your bucket tilt geometry needs quite a bit of fixing to get it to be useable for both dump and tilt back
Yes, the first thing I tried was not right, but later in this video, it worked very well.
