The little leagues are for kids. Minor leaguers are still pros that are playing just below the mlb level, basically like the g league for the nba. Nearly all major leaguers start off in the minors before moving up.

I find that team hats made in the 90s fit pretty nice on my head which is about a 7 1/8. I get lucky at thrift stores sometimes, paying less than $20 per hat.
