Hi when I open mine, the dirt doesn't fall out as easily as your video demo. Mine is jammed with hair & dust & wouldn't leave. How do I open the whole compartment to clear them out?

I cleaned/washed the filter then reassembled it. It worked once then stopped working. When I put it in the charger, the blue light will not blink, it stays continuously blue.
Any ideas?

It started working today. Guess all the parts that I had washed just needed to completely dry out.

Mines doesn’t have the dirt sensor mines has 1 power mode and doesn’t have the charging stand
