Hey! Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video :) I will be starting medical school in the fall. However, I have always been interested in possibly pursuing a masters in public health or a masters in public policy
But I have thought about possibly waiting to pursue that until I am done with residency and possibly doing a fellowship while looking into pursuing an MPH or something. But I know I have a while before I really have to worry about any of that. But it just made me think about how important it is to take advantage of opportunities that could allow me to study and learn more which could help me be a better doctor in the future

So glad I found your channel!! I’m a pre med with a bachelors in poli sci & a certificate of public policy. My goal is to get an md/mba & become a cardiologist. I really care about public policy and how healthcare is influenced and can influence other fields such as environmental, transportation, etc. my goal is to do policy research, clinical work, teach & potentially hospital admin down the line. MSF there are often scholarships available! That's how I managed to do it, but you have to search for them.
