    I am 70 years old and have osteoarthritis in my lower back and arthritis in my right knee and hip. This is one of my favourite workouts to do...among others...as it gives the whole body a workout. Thank you so much Meredith for all you do for us. You have been a constant in my life since beginning of lockdown and will continue to be so when life returns to 'normal'. Thank you for your dedication and professional yet friendly approach. Inhale..Exhale love it x

    Hai Meredith..just completed yr every day session. It's awesome. The moves, the paces , the duration, what's more yr sweet voice act as a motivation. I feel great, really suit me fine, at least for a senior citizens like me at 68 yrs of age. Glad I've found yr videos. I think I will do this as my daily morning routine, plus other simple workouts suitable for my age to keep fit and healthy lifestyle. Once again, a big THANK YOU as my personal online instructor. It's 9.30am in Malaysia.

    Dear Meredith..sorry if I'm bothering you again.,just to say thank you for your response. Just to share with you of my weekly routine. For tomorrow's workouts , my schedule will be a 15/30 mins indoors walking workouts, 5/10 min slimming thighs, and 5/10 min full body stretching routine., and if I still have the energy and mood, I will do the exercises for diabetic. I am on medication for on pills for diabetic and hypertension for the past 15 yrs, but God's willing, I'm doing fine. Once again, would like to thank you for for your time , really appreciated that and deemed it as my motivation..

    Does these workouts help you lose weight I really enjoy them but I have put weight on in my tummy...
