    If anyone told me that this small workout done at least 5 times per week could result in my abs stronger and my backache completely gone I would not believe it. But here I am living proof. Even if you don't do anything else just keep on doing this workout. You will become stronger.

    Thank you for your deliberate and intentional verbal instruction. It's one thing to see the practicioners demonstrate the poses, but quite an added benefit to hear the Yogi give very thoughtful and good instruction. The best Yoga channel by far for us beginners.

    This has been the absolute cure for my back problems but also for my racing mind, to be able to switch off and listen to the voice, whilst practise of yoga helps my day 100%

    Today is my second day doing yoga. I enjoyed this video. I am hoping and praying for pain relief. I hurt daily from my neck to the bottom of my feet. I really do hope that yoga will help me to lose the weight and give me relief from all this pain

    I have referred to this video for four years. Lower back pain used to plague me all the time...these days I use it as a preventive maintenance. I recommend this specific video to all...no matter how much pain I am experiencing I always find relief...I also use it to just relax, and slow my brain at the end of the day...I often fall asleep just as it is finishing or just before! Thank you.

    I'm an office worker and while I don't suffer from any particularly severe back problems, I still get those aches and pains from bad posture, but this is helping to strengthen my back and prevent me from slouching so much. Thank you for uploading your videos. Smile!!

    So nice to hear that so many people have had good results with their yoga for back pain! Just wanted to comment that it may be helpful to use a good quality yoga mat if one has back problems, at least initially! Good luck with your practice!

    You are probably not doing yourself any harm, but if the pain is very severe or persists, you can see a doctor. Many people have bad posture but if you are persistent with yoga you can improve it. I know this from my own personal experience. Good luck to you!

    I have a deteriorated/arthritic lumbar vertebra and am recovering from severe sciatica, and this video uses every PT exercise given to me by my Ortho. Doing this daily helps so much.

    It's amazing how much this simple yoga exercise has helped my lower back. When I start out crossed legged I lean to the left and in some pain. When I first lay down my back is in some pain. I make it though all the way and at the end when you sit cross legged after the relaxation, I am perfectly balanced and straight. I did this for some months and my back stopped hurting so I stopped. The pain slowly came back so I started again and now I am sticking with it. It also helps in breathing and my concentration is so much better. The music is wonderful too. Especially the last when the man and woman singing. Thank you so much for this video!!!!!!

    This video is amazing. I have 2 herniated discs in my back and I have been doing this for about 2 weeks now.I see an extreme difference in how my back and lower body feel. I am a lot more loose and limber for hours after. LOVE THIS :>

    I've just started yoga a little while ago in hopes of easing my back pain, gaining flexibility, and I hear it can be a very spiritual experience. So far I can say it's exceeding my expectations and these videos are very easy to follow :)

    You are my favourite guru. May I suggest that the background singing is just a tad distracting. It's just a bit louder than it needs to be but your in depth knowledge of yoga and gentle pace is balm to my soul

    I did this for the first time tonight. My back feels so good. I love the detailed verbal instructions. I was able to do the poses without being dependent upon watching the screen. That allowed me to focus on my back and the poses. Thank you!

    Hi there, thank you for taking the time to help heal ourselves. just what I needed, my body is changing infront of my eyes and my posture is the best its ever been after discovering you. I also like to use my medicinal apparatus to enhale my choice of herbs before hand also, very spiritiual. I think instead of people taking a handfull of pills everyday they should try natural remedies first I am spreading the word everyday. Much love from New Zealand!
