I would never have thought of making my own bouillon or garlic powder, etc. Your white chicken chili looked delicious! Have you ever made beef bouillon? If so, what cut of beef did you use? Rebecca help me! I made the chicken bullion a couple days ago but it still hasn't frozen. Other than using half the salt I followed your recipe exactly.
Did you spread it out thinly on a sheet and flash freeze it first? The only way I can think of why it wouldn’t freeze would be maybe it wasn’t thin enough?
Ok so on the first recipe for chicken bouillon I could swear you said 2 cups of chicken and a cup of salt 😱 .I read the recipe under description and it doesn't say that at all but am I hallucinating?

If your dehydrator isn't heating look up on TH-cam on how to change out the thermal fuse and that should be an easy cheap fix for you.
Mine started to smoke...I think it might be done for.Lol

I can and make my own but always flavor it with a little of the knoor too as it is my favorite as well.

No you weren’t hallucinating, lol I fixed it. There is 1 cup of salt
