Make sure you have selected the correct port when it asks for the port. It supposed to select USB001, 002 or 003 Which port have you been selected?

before frame 1:38 there are some other steps. Pc needs some keys. You didn't show them

It is taking too long because your "digital signature enforcement" option is not turned off. Turn that off.
