My grandmother used to tell me that rice was a luxury back in the day rice was cooked when a relative came to visit you or festivals and marriages . Drinking water in pot n copper vessel
Prefer more Traditional Indian food. Stop drinking or eating cool or Refridgerator food because it kills or slows down digestive organs. Drinking plenty of normal or room temperature water as much as you can. Prefer mostly fruits or vegetables (salaads) at dinner time which help in immproves your metabolism. Mostly prefer veegan food as much as you can. Brahmin caste and Rushis, munees (saints, monks who lived 90 to 120 years) are mostly veegan..
One more thing why South Indians are better ... They stick to their culture and have respect for it without being extremist or negative towards others. Of course I'm talking about the common people not politics.
They are not under British / Korean rule mentally unlike northern Indians or north eastern Indians.
Most of Indians problems are due to the fact that they're still mentally under British/ westerners.
Let's draw a fine line between respecting other cultures while at the same time respecting our own and eradicating the negative part of culture and evolving with time.
In fact this channel themselves hated Indian culture until they received backlash.
