Thank you! Ah we plan to, although it's good to know we can put the pedal to the metal when needed, we definitely prefer to take it slow and smell the roses. Thank you 😁
Thank you! Yes I think it's good to test ourselves every now and again. As we say, we used to ride hard but haven't for some time, so good to know we can still push ourselves if and when we need to
Hii, new subscriber here! Everyone's already said it, but videography and photography is beautiful, i can really feel what you're going through on your adventures. What i also LOVE is your music taste and how you use music WITH video, not just as a white noise in the background of what's happening in the video. That's unfortunately pretty rare even with professionals :/ I'm pretty excited to see your adventures around world, i too plan to go on one. See you!!
Hi and welcome 🙂 thank you so much! Reading comments like this really put a smile on our faces and make all the uncertainty wash away. The music can sometimes be a tricky one, as we don't have access to things like spotify, where we could have our pick of songs it can be difficult to find the music that's just right. Really glad you like the videos and you'll be coming along for the big adventure. Have you got many plans in place for your own adventures?
What a day's adventure! It's nice to know that you can vary a day's pace to suit any necessary time requirements. Can't wait to see the videos you share with us once you're circumnavigating!
Thanks for the video. I love how authentic you are about your abilities and fears etc. makes such a change from the people who edit the version of themselves that makes it online. 😊
Haa, thanks 😅Yes no hiding the struggles here! Then there wouldn't be much of a video... But we do like to include all the gruelling and epic bits to give a real insight. Glad you enjoyed the video!
😅Haa didn't feel like there was much stamina at points but thanks! I did think we would bail before that last hill but so glad our stubbornness over powered the jelly legs! Thanks 😊
Must say I’m one for preferring longer rides, I really struggle to go on shorter rides or familiar roads. I’m not one for eating or drinking much once riding it goes against all the advice. One bowl of super porridge keeps me going way into the day.
Great video and ride. Took me back to the 1990’s when we rode those tracks often. The Old Coach Road, up the side of Latrigg from Keswick (tough), Threlkeld to Mungrisedale etc all fantastic. Thanks for sharing and looking forward to the around the world trip.
Yes going up the side of Latrigg in the heat was tough and sweaty, a great descent though! Have these routes changed much since then? Thanks so much :D
@@joshandsarahride Don’t think the Coach Road has changed that much - maybe a few more ruts. Cycle track into Keswick very different now with tarmac surface and a new tunnel. Route up side of Latrigg has had work done on it due to erosion. Main changes are on route to Skiddaw House and then down to Mosedale. It had work done in late 1990’s to improve the surface and drainage in places - although the last time I rode it (maybe 10 years ago) it still wasn’t great. Many wheels and boots will have past that way over the years. Living and riding now in the highlands but do miss the Lakes at times. Your recent videos there have been wonderful. Thanks 🙏
Thanks for sharing guys what a great adventure that was for you both , a fair few hrs in the saddle but the views made up for it im sure , looked pretty awesome, thanks again and keep the vlogs coming ta 👍Bri Yorkshire
Good work! Nice video! how is the plan for the world tour? I'm having a 40 day adventure this summer in Sweden with my channel. Tell me if you are going to Sweden some time.
Ah amazing, looks like an incredible place to explore 🚲 unfortunately I don't think we'll go that far north but if we do will definitely let you know. When will you be in Sweden?
Watching this video, I think we've realised how much we appreciate snacking on rides... 😅 thanks for watching!
👍 awesome ride. Gorgeous filming. Once you are on your way around the 🌎. Take time to smell the roses.🥰
Enjoy your journey
Cheers 🌞🚴♀️🖖🇬🇧

What perseverance you both have! Your an inspiration to many!
Thanks 🙂
Great video! Way to persevere! We never know what we can do until we try it and push ourselves just a little bit further!
Thank you! Yes I think it's good to test ourselves every now and again. As we say, we used to ride hard but haven't for some time, so good to know we can still push ourselves if and when we need to
Well done guys, that was amazing. 👍

Wow you really are soulmates eating all the cookies in the lake district.Lovely ride😊
Haa thanks! The sausage roll, cookie combo with not much water before that climb was definitely a mistake on reflection. Glad you enjoyed it :D
Congratulations on finding your legs again…awesome gravel ride.🎉
Thanks 😅 good to know we still have them!
The climbs are just like Maine. We climb 1500ft every 10 miles. Only electric in Maine offroad. I'm old.
Some good climbs ⛰️we ate yet to try electric bikes but would like to one day
Stubborn bloody mindedness might get some round, but for you guys it's togetherness and pure stamina..... AND stubborn bloody mindedness! 😄
😅Haa didn't feel like there was much stamina at points but thanks! I did think we would bail before that last hill but so glad our stubbornness over powered the jelly legs! Thanks 😊
Great effort guys. Really good attitude towards both cycling and exploring. Keep up the good work 👍
Thanks so much :) we do prefer to go slow and take things in a little more. But glad to know our thighs are up for the challenge if needed! Thank you

Wow must be some pretty super porridge! I definitely need a few snacks, but not as much as j. He needs a whole lots of fuel😅
It is a mega recipe with pumpkin seeds, raisins, ground almond, flax seed oil, honey and banana plus soya milk delicious rocket fuel.
big smile "traditional snack" Gregs, got to love it
Would be rude not to😏

Wow! Well done 🏅
Thanks, wasn't sure if we'd make it round at a few points

Another great video will your cottage be up for rent or sale?
