    Nice recipe chef made me remember the ones I had in Phuket which made me wonder how it got the colour didn’t knew curry paste was used

    How tasteful your version of Tod Mun Pla with Holy basil I've never done that before. And your dipping sauce also seems delicious, just a bit different from the regular dipping sauce.

      Hi William , Thank you always for your support. For this classic dipping sauce, I usually make it for dipping with Thai deep fried Meatballs(Look Chin Tod , I found it also work really well with Tod Mun Pla :)

    Thank you very much for your recipe.We in France don’t have the fish that you are using.Is it possible to use any kind of fish for making the fish cake.Thank you

      If you can get Catfish, Tilapia, Cod or pegasus Try one of them ,that might work as well. Thank you.
