    I listened to this for the first time last night. I have a lot of emotional stuff affecting my health. I’ve listened to many hypnosis videos. Last night something strainge happened! My body started to almost convulse…. My arms and upper body releasing in spasms…. It was actually a bit frightening but I went with it, as I asked for stuff to be released…!Slept for hours waking up at lunch time feeling more energetic! I will try again tonight and see what happens. Has anyone else experienced this shaking and juddering in body while listening?

      The exact same thing happened to me last night, I was just reading the comments to see if anyone else had the same reaction. How wonderful hey, & I’ve had so much energy today, I feel great, I’m going to do it for the next 30 nights. It clearly works. @yvonneflanagan2312

      Same for me and it keeps happening. In fighting it I guess. I’m not sure how to stop doing it.

      Yes. When animals experience the freeze response due to traumatic experience, the way the nervous system re establishes equilibrium is with a period of involuntary trembling and shaking. Trauma is trickier in humans, we seem to be able to compartmentalise shock, and it can be held in the body for years or a lifetime. Thats why this kind of hypnosis and somatic therapies involving touch and movement, eg massage, tapping, yoga, tai chi are very helpful to release traumatic memories physically. ❤

    I did this mediation session once and I’m shocked rn. I’m a person that was very depressed and that overthinked way too much (like really too much). After that session my mind just stopped thinking that much because it gave me the control. I still struggle a little bit which is normal. But this meditation session works like magic. Thank you so much for being there and creating content to help many people.

    This was for me. I have held onto emotional pain for way too long. I'm truly ready to release it all. I often come across questions like "what have I become? How did I become that? Where did I go away from the person I wanted that I was before? And what do I do to be that happy person again" this helped a lot and i can't believe I spent a fair 15 minutes crying. Thank you for uploading this. I've had a lot of pain left damaged and unhealed.

    I have always struggled with racing thoughts when I listen to any meditation. Listening to this I still had thoughts pooling around but then I just let go and had such a beautiful release of tears and emotions 💓

    Been fighting with family. Hope this helps. Coming from a person who's struggling with supressed emotions, Low self esteem/confidence, anxiety and depression. Tired of being angry all the time and being treated like crap. Especially when you're 31, can't get a job or move, dealing with financial struggles. Etc. Shit hits hard. Especially if you're used to being called names etc. Feel like you're a failure etc. :( Its harder when you have social anxiety too.

    I felt myself release so much the first time I listened to this. Thank you so much! The utter relief and lightness I felt as all the pain and trauma left my body. It's really unbelievable to me. I expected to be in tears the entire time but I ended up smiling and laughing at the sheer relief of the weight being lifted off of me. I will definitely be coming back to this often ❤️

    This has been the most crazy moving hypnosis for me . As I am typing this comment, I am shaky..my heart is racing. I don’t know what happened.     This video helped me relax and let go of a lot of past issues and current stressors. Its crazy I fell asleep right after and dreamt that I was defeating demons. It was pretty strange. I will consider it a good thing that it's working. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this? Thank you for this video 😊

    I am having a weird problem, my mind after reading bhagwat geeta has become kind of emotionless. Before that whenever I feel angry my head and ears gets heat up or whenever a sexual thought passes by I can feel it not only through my body but through my head also. Now only through body I can sense it. What to do? Please help

    I fell this heavy weight on my chest and I noticed while listening to this meditation and breathing that I was able to really feel the heaviness in my chest and experience the physical discomfort of it and just sit with it for a while. Now it seems a little less bearable.

    I am not able to talk to boys a single word. I does a lots of meditationbut nothing changed in my life. I want to stay positivr and wants to achieve greats in life.     Something really weird happen to me
    I usually visualize my emotion in item cause I don't really feel them as if im disconnected from them
    So I fall asleep for 20 mins and then wake up hearing a voice some figure is pulling me to what appeared very heavy soon I was pulled out of water an ocean the whole world drowned very few pieces of land or very small island to be true i was very deep in the water i knew the emotion was my emotion and the land was my mind my mind is fractured as the figure said and there were plants which were very small and weak and they are created from land and water the unison of my emotions and mind but since my mind is "fractured" there cannot be big trees"emotion mind unison" and looking in the water there was land and then a beach were the water was supposed to ve but it overflew and drowned the whole world and fractured my mind then there was a tree that i knew was my feeling of love that was being cut and the guy cutting it was strong he was my sense of shame which I wierdly faced it wasn't bad like every time other things I found was a big tree that was hopelessnees and opposite of it a small island with no tree there was supposed to be sense of hope all of this thing struck me i realized how internally I was and the figure was supposedly a reflection of my whole existence i felt there was some important details but I didn't catch them

    I found the over-emphasis on the "g" sounds at the end of words distracting. The command-style wording was also problematic from a trauma perspective. Given the video's focus, it's not a good fit. That style is better suited to other topics like manifestation or other goal/ambition-focused material.
