Yes In the visual novel they go more in depth with it. His previous attack bent the tip of his sword which made a tiny opening that Sabers instinct skill was able to pick up on
Sasaki's blade isn't a noble phantasm or a servants weapon, he pretty much just uses a mundane sword. So when his weapons clashed with saber's excalibur his sword broke a bit which left an opening in his technique.
That's just what happens when you use a very well-made sword instead of a proper Noble Phantasm to warp reality strongly enough that your sword ends up slashing three places at the exact same time. You end up with a bent sword and no dead holy sword wielder.
Musashi thought he was so strong that she decided that the only way to win was to lure him to the center of an island and blow it the hell up. Classic Musashi

I mean, no other F/SN servant appeared directly in any singularity or lostbelt as their original classes anw, except for Medea, Kojiro, and Cursed Arm. Cu and Gil turned into casters Altria turned into a lancer and eventually a caster EMIYA and Medusa are nowhere to be seen.

True that he was nothing but a wraith that taken the fictional concept of the legendary swordsman in FSN. But he was definitely a true person in Shimosa. He wasn't even a Servant back then but a pure human nonetheless, same with Musashi back then.

Makes me curious if this means she could learn his skill as well since she is already half way there.

The strongest swordsman by pure skill alone is Female Musashi since we dont know what the Male Musashi is capable off. Musashi manage to attain what lies beyond the void after banishing Chaos in LB5 which is ridiculous. The second best is Shimousa Kojiro, the saber one. The Swallow Reversal is a mystic sword technique born from sole effort of human power alone. The level of this mystic sword is able to reach the realm of Gods, and its only a technique without a magic being poured into it but the effects is the same as the Second Magic. The third and fourth is now even the kinds of Artoria, Sigurd, or any great sword bearer in the typemoonverse. The close third would be Yagyu Munenori with his Yagyu Shinkage-Ryu's ultimate sword technique, which is the swordless swordsmanship attained from pure wisdom and understanding of Zen Buddhism. The fourth would probably Okita Souji with her Mumyou Sandanzuki. I put her in the fourth since her disease is rendering her pretty weak. Mumyou Sandanzuki is pretty much the same as Swallow Reversal. It is a three thrusts attack that strikes at the same point and at the same time, creating a breakdown of causality in space, thus its virtually impossible to block it.
Ok...I can speculate all day why Beni's translation is uh...off and I hate to kill the humor but for Beni's sake, I'll say this: In the actual game, her last line is, "H-h-he's not right in the head!!!" On another note, unpopular opinion, I been hoping he gets another, stronger version of himself. Whether that is a 5 Star Assassin or 4 Star Saber or a Crit Saber, or whatever, I'd just like for him to get a more dynamic moveset and animations. Imagine him with a Quick Deck that has 4 or 5 hits per Quick Card and the animations that would smoothly string together! That would look so cool!

Close enough If l recall props, she only won coz we the master were present and we were rooting for her, otherwise they were matched in the void trading countless blows without anyone of them budging. So basically Musashi only won coz plot armor ie she was our servant. Thats all that made the difference. She is pretty OP though, check out her feats in the olympus lost belt

ある意味アンリ・マユ、シャルロット・コルデーより鯖としては劣る。
まあ、だからこそ剣技だけで他の鯖と渡り合い、宝具の域にまで昇華された技を持っているのが異常過ぎるわけだが。

On another note, unpopular opinion, I been hoping he gets another, stronger version of himself. Whether that is a 5 Star Assassin or 4 Star Saber or a Crit Saber, or whatever, I'd just like for him to get a more dynamic moveset and animations. Imagine him with a Quick Deck that has 4 or 5 hits per Quick Card and the animations that would smoothly string together! That would look so cool!
That's the literal translation of the word -entai. It's almost exactly like the word pervert where the original use of the word is basically put as someone messed in the head. They probably put it like that in the Official Translation so it wouldn't seem too weird for Beni to suddenly say that he's a pervert but no, she's literally calling him a pervert in Japanese.

If l recall props, she only won coz we the master were present and we were rooting for her, otherwise they were matched in the void trading countless blows without anyone of them budging. So basically Musashi only won coz plot armor ie she was our servant. Thats all that made the difference.
She is pretty OP though, check out her feats in the olympus lost belt
