@@ninamartinez5171there are people sting with that hospital online. I don’t get them defending the hospital. They even blamed the mother, which is awful. The child was medically kidnapped. And kept away from her family, they have done this so many times before, with that dr and social worker taking away sick kids and accusing parents of being abusive. They even did it to American Isol singer when she brought her newborn in, because she was worried it wasn’t latching on and feeding and she was worried it wasn’t getting enough calories. So the same women and hospital took her newborn and other child a toddler from her. And did it so many many other families.

They underestimated how intelligent Beata was. She knew what those psychopaths were up to. They did not like it one bit that Beata was advocating for her child so fiercely and lovingly, those at hospital wanted all control and power, total power trip disregarding a child in pain and disregarding mother who wanted her child to be pain free. Then the psychopaths at hospital tried to exert complete power and control by removing and destroying Beata by any manipulative and deceiving machinations. They did destroy Beata, but didn't destroy this family completely, and justice did prevail.

Shocking. A group organized to prevent fundamental rights, harm well-being and omit help, in a renowned hospital. Maybe with the trial people will consider going to a hospital with that underlying ideology. A lot of evil and also a lack of preparation so as not to distinguish or pretend the hospital had detected a case of Munchausen, the girl would be happy to be alone if it were Munchbproxy.
The denials to the father were surreal: "were they afraid that ketamine would be passed on to him with the holy water and the Christian wafers"?

I checked myself into a residential treatment facility because of severe anxiety and depression. After going through a 4 hour intake, I was released onto a coed floor. At the time I was terrified of men and immediately told the staff that this was a mistake. I was threatened that if I checked myself out that I would be leaving AMA (against medical advice) and my insurance would make me pay out of pocket for the “treatment.”
I didn’t care, I was frightened to be there and I called their bluff.

No, they only imprisoned the child and gave her cold rather than heat to exaserbate her pain. Put blame on the mother for abuse and said her kid was faking her illness. Threatened them with prison themselves even after terminating their rights to see her. The hospital was wrong in every aspect. In the United States you have a right to leave any hospital JH just wanted to push their power further than necessary.

Dr. Sally Smith and 🧙‍♀️🧹 Bedy are the 2 🧙‍♀️🧙‍♀️ at the center of this injustice for the Kowalskis. But haven't seen neither on the stand 🤔....Did you know that 🧙‍♀️ Bedy was arrested in 2007 for child abuse❓️ "an article in the Tampa Bay Times states that Bedy had previously been involved in a controversial situation in her previous role managing foster-care children for Suncoast.
Bedy had been arrested on child abuse charges in 2007 after allegedly holding a ten-year-old child on the floor and covering his face with a towel. The report would say that Bedy “grabbed the boy’s head, causing him to fall down,” and “placed both knees on the boy’s chest.”
This is infuriating 🤬😤😠😡 to say the least‼️

Beata Kowalski. was a RN, BSN, CRNI, PNCM Infusion Nurse. That's quite a lot of education and work for someone who they claim was mentally ill. I believe she was driven to suicide by a pack of abusive, void of empathy, narcissistic, bullies, and the loss of her daughter.😢 Also the dad was a fire chief and they had been married 20 years so they were a upper middle class family with good insurance. Imagine a poor family with little education or the money for attorneys. I just wonder how many families this has happened to.

This case triggers me. My son has a rare disease and at the age of nine months - doctors told me I wasn’t feeding my child. I had a fit and demanded they figure out what was wrong. I demanded tests. After several specialists - a Geneticist diagnosed him with the rare disease. Ultimately, the docs called and apologized. For the next 15 yrs - I became an advocate for rare diseases and trained physicians on his particular disease. I met with senators on the Hill and worked with lobbyists for treatments. I even had a geneticist refer patients and their caregivers to me. But I have seen in different situations where “our children” those who were diagnosed the same as my son taken away from families. My advice to parents is never give up fighting for your child and find an advocate - they are out there. There are too many doctors with egos out there. I literally walked out on a doc once… while there are cases where hospitals make excellent decisions - there are cases like these where they fail and they need to be held accountable. ❤❤

It sounds to me that Cathi Bedy is a child predator who targeted Maya specifically due to her vulnerability. Once she was separated from her family, she attmepted to gaslight and groom Maya into believing that she was there to help her all the while she was one of the main people who was responsible for not only separating Maya from her family but also the death of Beata. Cathi put her nasty hands and lips on Maya. How disgusting!!!!
Cathi and Sally were in it together. Sally dismissed all other medical professionals because she is narcissistic and she believes that she was right and everyone else was wrong. She ommitted factual statments made by other medical professionals because she didn't find them relevant although it is the court's job to make that determination.
Cathi and Sally, the psychotic tag team who were hell bent on destroying Maya's family all the while Cathi was inappropriately touching Maya.
Absolutely appalling!!! When I heard Maya describe how Cathi was touching her and kissing her while nobody was around and they were away from the cameras, I was completely triggered. It was eerily similar to the child abuse and molestation I faced while I was a preteen/teen at the hands of my stepfather.

Just what policies are in place? Is law enforcement involved? At what point are parents advised of an investigation and a lawyer is suggested? From hospital to social services to law enforcement protective services - parents also have rights - and if no arrest, no proven danger, who, in this instance, has the right to treat family in this way? Such a sad case. The judge seems annoyed to be there... very cold and uncaring towards the prosecution and victims. John's Hopkins should absolutely be held liable for their actions. The defense objects to him "reading" the medical record?! The lawyer is just laying the foundation for his questions. It makes me sick watching this.

@sararock7796.....The defense is objecting to every single line of questioning to the father 😤🤬....Not sure if you have seen the defense questioning the physical therapist ❓️ But, in that line of questioning the same attorney objecting about reading the medical records. Is reading the medical record/notes word for word from the PT notes‼️ When is convenient for them the defense objects 😠😤.....‼️

How is a hospital granted so much power to adjudicate its own contested diagnosis and assessment of any given situation- enough power to destroy a family?

I learned to distrust the medical establishment after covid but Maya’s case seals the deal. I question anything the medical machine does and deep dive my own research before making any medical decisions.
I’m so ecstatic that Maya and her family prevailed.

Oh I really hope that the hospital has to pay so much that they have to close down; and, I hope that all the crooked medical staff have to suffer twice the suffering, at some time in their lives, the horror that they put this family thro.

    This Is Extremely Sad😢
I remember my young son being taken away from me for a little while after i took him to the hospital for pinkeye, his eyes looked horrible yes, but taking him away from me was absolutely uncalled for, i was pissed! It was the damn wkend & my sons Dr suggested i take him there to get medication for it! I let him know no more of that crap, if i call on the wkend, call in a script, or call the hospital & let them know that im a really good Mom & don't make accusations & take my son from me ever again! 🤬
The only ones that truly hurt this little girl & this whole family, was these workers in this hospital ! Damn Shame!😡

I get it if a child is cowering down & the parents seem to be abusing a child, but mine wasn't doing that al all & it was severe pinkeye & all they had to do is look at his eyes the conjunctive eye goo was there in full & I even had a couple of warm rags for him 😞

Alarming..Johns Hopkins contacted me about my Autistic twin sons...my son that read @ 2 begged me not to take them there convinced me. Thank God..both are amazing young men today! Hopefully justice will be served. OMG..the second hospital is one I took one son to & the diagnosis was beyond a joke. My one son was being used as a lab rat. That doctor actually drew a circle on paper & said he needed a man in his life since I was a single mom. My son did have men in his life..my father & my brothers. So freaking awful.
