Anytime a group tried, they got shut down hard. Makes sense for the gunners to be paid off by the Institute to attack the Minutemen. The Institute already wiped out the CPG and replaced the mayor of diamond city. Odds are that they stopped most groups from getting too big. Really nice to see Kort is building the world back up though, definitly feels like a post game settlement I would love to live in.
Yup..THATS what I do... I have RE-CIVILIZED this shit-hole as well as Far-F**"*d harbor and the NUKA-Wasteland!! I have ONE mod with 2 possible settles& I only use Smoothebores lament....They NEVER miss me but they are ALWAYS happy to see me...😃🖕
I could never get my creative juices flowing with the Sunshine Tidings Co-op Settlement. All I did was just throw down some beds, food, turrets and water pumps. With that said, a great build incorporating a plethora of design elements to create a genuine-looking shanty town. I'll be sure to scope out your other settlement builds!
I got a nice, very simple build you can make for the places you don't feel like really building on. With the plain wooden prefabs, steps and walls you can easily make a simple multiple story apartment. Do like a row of the prefab rooms with a wall and door in front of each. Then put a walkway in front that leads to stairs on each side
As usual awesome work. Cant wait to see whats next, specially what u do with Bunker Hill. Thanx for sharing and for the avice (found the place everything) it helped a lot. Peace
I turned my co-op into New Lamplight School. Macready is security, Curie is school nurse, Codsworth is custodian, Piper is a teacher and so is Sheffield. Anne Hargraves makes the kids clothes. The Peabodys are the cooks.
@@kortgaminggg THank you. I was losing steam on my builds until I found your channel and now the spark is back. I started this one about a week ago and about 95% finished now. just need to decorate a couple more of the kids bunkers (I replaced the cabins with the prefab cocnrete bunkers from a mod.)
@@kortgaminggg My next planned builds are to turn Starlight Drive-In into a zoo for the kids to go on field trips to. I think my favourite builds of yours are Hangman's Alley and Red Rocket. Those are the two that really got my creative juices flowing again.
I havn't built walls in so long, do they still not keep baddies out or did that get fixed? I really love the mod that adds random flowers to the diffrent containers, use it all the time. I have over 4K hours in this game and still can't get a settlement to look this good. As always nicely done.
I like. I had a mod for the settlement but it conflicts with a mod I got for Coastal Cottage so I had to delete it. Sunshine tidings co-op is not too hard to build on. I used Stratosville because it was cool until it was a conflict. Now it's back to build it by my own hands. I do not use fences and barricades. I prefer just guard posts and turrets. You did all the things I do in settlements but bigger! What mods are you trying? Did you get any Creation Club content? It's a bit more ambitious than mine. The only settlement I put that kind of work into was vault 88.
@@kortgaminggg I actually found one of your comments where you mentioned that. I’ve spent about 30 of the last 48 hours playing Fallout 4 and building settlements. Thanks for motivating me to pick the game back up!!!
Wish these were officially built in game, it's been 200+ years atleast some places Should have Diamond city or better level of civilisation
Thats what my job is, build up every settlement. Rebuilding the commonwealth, one settlement at a time

@@kortgaminggg HELL YEAH!!!
That is what makes it SO replayable!
Bro, I do EVERY place like a small city that I CAN...I'll build it to the MAX & THEN I put up a beacon so it's WORTH it FOR THE PEOPLE!!!🤘☢️🤘
Beautiful build. Glad people like you are keeping Fallout 4 alive and well.
Thanks mate, more builds to come.
Very realistic and lived-in feel. Good work.
Thanks for the kind words as always Black, appreciate it mate :)

@@Blackheathenly haha probably mate, plenty of those hang around outside my window

I like the shanty slapped run down look more realistic.

@@kortgaminggg Yep. I had a light-bulb moment not long after my post. I started work on Dalton Farm then the game crashed :(
Bugger! I couldnt count how many times my games crashed this playthrough lol

Amazing Settlement, every corner something to look at and real homey and setters are lucky to live there.
Awhhh thanks heather :)
What a massive build! Love this. Looks very realistic.
thank you :)
Excellent work, and it looks like a lively community.
Thanks mate :)
Nice build. Makes a great base for survival!
Thanks mate I appreciate that :)
delighted ... I am tempted to come back to Fallout 4 just for the building
Its my favourite part of the game

Thanks fairy, always appreciate the kind words, maybe bunker hill will be next... hmmmmm
Awesome build! Good job.
Thanks mate :)
Very nice!! I loved the lived in, shabby look! Do you remember what mod those potted plants & flowers came from by chance? Thanks!!!
Thank you Nicole! Indeed its a fairly new mod and it is called Wasteland Gardening. Great quality mod :)

great walkthrough of a wonderful game👍👍
Thank you!
the game is just wonderful with an exciting storyline and great characters
I agree
Love all these builds, curious if you now which mods has the animation mats by chance? Keep up the awesome builds bro 😎
I believe the mods called busy settlers, thank you :)

It can tunnel the attackers to certain entryways. Im sure with a good idea and patience, that you can build something amazing.

nice job
How did you get chickens??? Great build!
A mod called USO adds them

@@justinskaggs69420 hahaha nice! Plenty more builds and tours to come :)
This maybe a stupid question. Where do you get the chickens?
They are a part of a mod called USO :)
what kind of mods do you use for your builds?
The kind of mods i focus on are mods that add items to the workshop and mods that add clothing for settlers.
you have a list of the mods you use?
I havent currently put together a list of my mods, but the main mods i use are USO, SOE, snappy house kit
Are these builds of yours ported to Xbox?
👍
Nice job, guess I need to throw MY shit out there too.
I'd like to see your builds :)
no life goals
Sorry to hear that, hopefully you get inspired soon
The Minutemen don't run anything or do anything, they're not a faction
With a little imagination, they can be whatever you want.
