- Welcome Ladies and Gents to my Fallout 4 Finch Farm Settlement Tour. This one is unique in the way of build levels, as I built on 3 different levels. The ground level, buildings hanging under the overpass and on the overpass itself. I kept it feeling realistic with supports and walkways for the hanging settlements. The Settlement is ran by the Finch family, who have their house on the overpass itself. The settlement is also home to a general trader, pub and a Fallons clothing store. You and Heyjacleu/Digi-Fu inspire my builds mate. I’ve been spending so much time on my Sanctuary build the last few months, trying to get it perfect. Essentially I’m building it in an immersive/realistic layout, but also how my Sole Survivor would strive to perfect it. After all, for him it’s a place to raise Shaun where he can live in peace and safety. Unlike every other settlement, my Sanctuary is actually independent and self reliant, meaning it’s not part of the Minutemen
That sounds like a really fun build, i would love to see a tour when its complete :)

I certainly enjoyed the tour. I plead guilty that I have played Fallout for a long time, and have a few too many characters, but haven't developed the settlements like others have. I'm quite impressed. It's just the 'settlement build," it's that you should some of your artistic touch. I'm much appreciated.

Nice pub. I always have a bar in my settlements because at the end of the day my settlers always congregate at the bar.
Love the explanation about drunk patrons plummeting to their deaths after having too much to drink. Lol

Hope this finds u well. Im so loving the three tier settlement. Do u need a mod to use the bridge? As always great storytelling for settlement. Love how u think out the details and of course that u build it as Minutemen world. Like even when on second floor looking down at the farm, ur grain plots and isles r perfect, looks and feels realistic and how it should be for the time. Night time view way cool. Also, no it is not a mod to build on the overpass, this can be done in the vanilla game.

Yes they do so long as you give them furniture to interact with, beds, chairs etc.
Love the razor grain farm idea - it looks really cool!
I saw a few things in the video that I can’t determine what mod they’re from - do you have a list of your decorating mods by chance?

How the fk did you expand the size capacity for all this? I can only build a single tower to connect, two structures on the overpass, and 4 artillery pieces. 😵😵

Why haven't you built as a raider lol all I'm saying free drinks and massive amounts of jet lol sound better then razor grain try being a raider hardcore I love I'm a raider but you do have taken minute men to the extraordinary
