It's nice to see people putting a watch together with the same skills as I have. None!

Well done! I have built 5 watches so far. My first watch, although I had the right sized dial, was a lot like your experience here. My first watch I built with no magnification , hardly any tools, and it took me about 6 hours total. Most of that 6 hours was trying to get the seconds hand in place with tweezers and no mag. I was shaking like a leaf in the wind the whole time. 😂 Anyway, I bought more tools, better parts, and got some great loupes. I spent months practicing. My 4th official watch took me about 30 minutes from plastic to wrist. 😂 Build another one!!

@@Tom_H327 thanks, this one took almost two days for me. It’s definitely a 1 of 1 lol. Have you gotten into making your own logo’s ? that’s something I would like for my next one.

@ I just recently sent a design to a company. It should be here any day now. I had so much trouble coming up with an actual logo (everything just looked dumb or looked like something else) that I just ended up getting my family's first name initials. Looks like a tech startup company logo (yeah, dumb) 😂 But anyway, it's just an experiment and was relatively cheap.
