This is such an important issue for the overwhelming majority of voters that they will vote Democrat or at least find more moderate Republicans (they aren’t MAGAs). In the very red states there has been state referendums about voting rights, a pro choice law has won a clear majority vote.

Has there been any State polling as to what % of the States Citizens agree with this and what % does not? And do you live in Alabama? Ironically, the lawsuit that resulted in that recent Alabama judgement (the nutty one that has us all aghast) was brought about by a couple that wanted compensation after their embryos were accidentally destroyed. And in the same Constitution all other powers reside to the States. Now how is it wrong for America to follow our own Constitution?? Look there is only 2 ways to reverse the Dobbs ruling work for 50 years to put enough new Justices on the court or Come up with a Constitutional Amendment that could gather the support needed. Lets look at an Constitutional Amendment. It would have to state when an Abortion must be allowed. What about Partial birth? If there was an way to get an Amendment passed don;t you think that would have been started the day of the leak?

Just as there will be a minority in States that pass their own Abortion Laws I am not pro life I an in favor of the death penalty. I am 100 % anti Abortion. But that said I would lead the charge if any party tried to pass laws at the federal level for or against Abortion. And I would fully expect the SCOTUS to knock it down under the 10th Amendment. Also show me where in the Constitution it speaks to Abortion? Remember Roe was never a constitutional Right it was a Ruling and unlike an amendment was always open to be reversed.

I will agree that any country has the right to protect it borders from illegal immigrants entering. No one has an issue if a person comes into a country through the correct processes. Same in South Africa we have at least 2-5 million people illegally in our country and majority of those people causing a negative effect on our economy. Do you have any idea how long that process can take in the US if you don't have connections like the former first lady did? She came in on a visa that she was not qualified for because of her connections--pouting for the camera is not a special skill and we already had tons of people here who knew how to do that. She then was allowed to bring her sister and her parents over because of her connections.
