Nice video, the Nike Convention are good shoes! Honestly, I think the people that work at Nike are out of touch with the real demographic that wears their shoes. Nike still never released the Air Force 4 STS and Air Force 5 yet., when they released the Air Force III they never advertised it and focused more of their colors on the low-top (which no Air Force shoe was ever a low-top in it's original run). I'm also annoyed they seem to be only focusing on the same 10 shoes they keep re-releasing, and often times turning them into a low-top tennis shoe or a mid-top. A basketball shoe is not supposed to be a low-top...that would turn it into a tennis shoe for playing tennis. A low-top or mid-top remake (retro) holds no collectable value compared to a high top though if you are just buying these to collect.
I’m still upset years later that I wasn’t able to get the red/white pair I won in a bid off eBay. They were barely worn and it would’ve only cost me 160. Unfortunately, the were stolen from the owners car the day he was going to get them shipped to me 😢.
Can you help me out? Looking in my shed, found a 1986 low top red and white Nike dunk. Can find anything about them or even a photo of a pair. I have 1985 jordans, 1985 blue Big Nike high tops too. 1986 low converse weapons Birds. Can't find them online.
Beware!! Got a pair of standard Conventions last week & they had totally 100% crumbled beneath the footbed. Dumped out piles of crumbled dust. These were not dried out. Bottoms were still gripping & playable. Collars were still soft. No chipping. Smh. Totally bummed out.
