Here we go through the suspension install and all the sections of how it was installed by the local guys at Bridgestone Geraldton if you have any questions about the install do not hesitate to ask me.

Mate I've got an ML Triton I just broke one of the suspension leaf attachment points so time to spend money can you disclose how much it cost
No idea mate you would need to take it to a mechanic
Good to see some vids out of Gero. I was thinking of getting a Triton. Have you had any issues with the headgasket? I have read that the MNs have had an issue with overheating due to issues with the headgasket sealing.
CanonFirefly some do mate not so much a head gasket more just the head not being machined properly from factory and they cracked by now most have had a pressure test so you should be right if you check the manual. Go check out my little beach and lucky bad videos mate!

Hi mate, did you have any problems getting the front of the leaf spring through the bracket? with my new bushings on makes it impossible to fit it on and the bolt doesnt even fit throug the metal sleeve inside the bushings

I’m in the middle of organising a 2inch lift for my 2013 mn and while doing so inquiring about a 1 piece tail shaft to to fix the vibration problems before I even get there... do It right the first time hey..👍 my question is do you happen to know the length of your of your tail shaft. Would be a big help if you could point us in the right direction

Hey mate the tailshaft minus the joins is 112cm if you go from the back or the box to the diff it's 134 cm I hope this helps

Not at all mate it gets close but never seen it hit

Hey man did you get upgraded upper control arms and if so what brand did you go for them thinking off getting them but don’t know what to go with

i have 2016 l200 sportero i put 3 inch TJM front but the control arm hit the coil spring what i should do pls inform me
3 inch is pushing it mate it sounds like you need smaller bump stops but that wont fix the issue of it hitting just make is less noticeable jump onto newtriton.net and ask the guys there someone may have a resolution for you.
MrOhan2011 me to bro, now i still waiting to change upper control arm made by sun4x4, adjustable upper control arm
Change upper control arms. also with a 3" lift make sure you have diff drop or you will damage CV joints.

Did you install front diff drop?
No mate but it’s needed the CVs get a bit of a angle
How's the Ironman kit going now, still happy?
Still going good mate one of the rear leafs had to be replaced but it was deemed faulty sagged massively, I must have got a dud one but other then that it's been fantastic handles everything I throw at it
Not first mate mate had same car and kit did the same there shit i had same kit in my hilux ripped it out 6months later never again sagged real bad in front

Will lifting 2 inch truck decrease the offset of wheels? Meaning it will move inward?
That’s right mate they will lean inwards that’s why you need to get some adjustable UCAs

Yeah it will give you more camber adjustment

I have a 2014 challenger & am thinking of ironman suspension with a 2" lift, have you had any issues with the control arm bushings or tail shaft alignment since you had the suspension done ?
+allan grey none what so ever I did get a 1 piece Talshaft made up to fix the shudder issue but beyond that no major issues to report
allan grey for the tail shaft problem i had a problem solve, just turn your Centre Bearing Driveshaft up to down, first release bolts at centre bearing driveahaft and turn centre bearing hanging up to down, and its will give 6cm lower, and tighten bearing hanging bolts
+Rendra Aulia hey mate it dosnt work with all mn tritons fix it once with a replacement tailshaft. Check out newtriton for any info you need
Was thinking to install a 2" lift kit on my triton as well, but looking at those wheel gap.. i doubt it will look good with my 265/70/16 AT lol

It's the angle of the tailshaft mate that causes it

How much does a lift kit for a triton cost
Depends mate lots of variables there

I mean 25mm 50mm lift did you want spacers or coils? what brand did you want to go with? UCAS again what brand? diff drop or no diff drop? do you want to just body lift? My first suggestion would be go talk to some retailers get some pricing and find out what you like.

Hey mate I still would I had the rear leaf replaced as it was not rated from factory properly but beyond that it has been fantastic
