I limit my conversations and time around most black women. Keep it short and professional. No part of me is interested in the aggressive angry black woman. If you’re going to be in my circle, you need to speak full, complete sentences using correct grammar. You need to have etiquette, manners, and respect. Basically if I would not invite her to a black tie event with me, or a high end restaurant because her attitude would be embarrassing, then our conversations need to be kept to a minimum.

Appreciated this! I went to my doctor’s office and the front desk lady expected me to know what to do. So much attitude and rudeness. Really unprofessional.

Most black women who complain about racism have bad attitudes.

I remeber when Monique had her Charm School back in the 90s - early 2000s. It flopped. The students were unteachable.

Very sad. Like the etiquette went out the window since the 1980s in the United States! The only thing they know is social media and gossip!

My sister used to be very nice and respectful as a young woman. She took up a secratarial course. Got her first job. Later got another job working with a few woman in an office enviroment. Slowly she started changing. Swearing and playing all kinds of sick games. She became a master at it. Today she is in her 50 's and got worst. She just love swearing. Very sickening.

I totally understand how this can happen to her. I've worked several office jobs in the past, and I know how the office can be a very toxic environment, and if a person is not strong enough to hold on to his/her values, faith, ect but tries to fit in by hanging out at work and outside of work with these folks. You'd be surprised how they can start to influence a good employee so quickly to the point that you barely recognize this person. Just like the say “One bad apple can spoil the bunch." Being an introvert can really save you in the workplace. The flip side of this, is you'll get picked on a lot, and they can make your life miserable. That's why a lot of people just give in. I try to tell people the workplace is where you go and get your money so you can support your family. It's not really the ideal place to hang out and make a bunch of friends.

Being from a different country yes, you can easily see the ignorance and degradation here in the states. You can run into idiots anywhere in the world but here It’s basically a way of life. You are leaps and bounds ahead of 95% of the black women here so you can kind of relax and coast with more etiquette courses 😆

The ugly representation by these women should discourage business people from tainting their businesses with their presence. They could not work in my business. It’s reprehensible behaviour.

I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with hostile black women more times than I can count. What is going on, how did it get this bad?? Many black women care little about their image and public perception, it’s just embarrassing.

Awesome! I take care of my hair at home. I wash every 2 weeks blowdry and flat iron. I oil my scalp almond oil, castor oil, every night, and massage as well to increase blood flow.

I’ve in 100’s of jobs and businesses and these people are in leadership, staff management, instructors, front desk representatives, most of these people have the worst presentation and the people at the top deliberately put these people there to keep us in check,it’s a vicious cycle,it’s all handed down as a chain reaction.
