    Great match!... After watching Thiem's victory vs Cilic I couldn't believe my eyes as I watched this... And to think about the ridiculous senseless comments about Roger quitting being world nr 3 and playing like this.... absurd! In 2015 ATP trophies: 5. If he won all the time it would be boring... Some matches from world nr 1 Djokovic are not as exciting to watch, when he isnt challenged. Roger is 1 of the few who beats him once in every 3 matches. Exciting!!!!

    Classic case of extended wind up by Thiem gives Federer the opportunity to read direction of incoming ball as well as hitting the ball just on the rise versus Dominic's heavy topspin gives the Swiss the advantage. Heavier racquet and lesser tension and ...welllll sheer experience and skill.

    Amazing Federer. Still you can tell he was exhausted in the second set.

      +WozWozWozniacki I think they were on important points. I like that. I like to watch those points. Some videos are only pure winner, so you never see the tension of break points and set points. That is not highlights, imo.

    Thiem isn't playing smart. Roger can't run like Thiem anymore but he places the ball really well.

    Thiem is 23yo, if he keeps exerting himself as he does, mostly on clay, he won't last that long on the circuit... Naah, I won't talk about Nadal, he'll sue me loooooooooooooollll #truthhurts

    • @JustMyOpinion05
      @JustMyOpinion05 7 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      This he won't last long comments always fail. Nadal exerts himself since he was a kid yet is a 31 year old grand slam winner. Jimmy Connors used to die for every point and was said he wont have a long career yet did. Thiem will have no problem with his career playing like this.
