Thank you for sharing another great informative podcast. I have been a raw foods vegan for close to 15 years and have gotten away from making a cooked soup. Hearing you today has inspired me to make a miso veggie soup as I can make this without heating it too high. I also have wondered about adding miso to a batch of sauerkraut or cultured vegetables. I have a few up on my website as well as in my monthly ebooks that are available to my biotic pro members :) I try to keep the recipes in my books , in my books. Hi Paul! I used to make Miso pickles all the time! I'm sure it work for sauerkraut as well.
