It's ok! I've done this on accident before and you just never know where someone is at on their journey.

Should you take kefir while on antibiotics? Or would the antibiotic end up just taking out the probiotic?

This was a very informative! I'm curious where to purchase pure Saccharomyces boulardii. I don't buy supplements from Amazon. TIA

To cure a UTI - Gray Celtic Sea Salt - 1 tsp dissolved in water day 1; 1/2 tsp on day 2; 1/4 tsp day 3; 1/8 tsp day 4. Repeat once again if needed.

Thank you Donna I have a question about the helpful bacteria in kombucha I also drink JUN like kombucha but the scoby is from unpasteurized honey and green tea only. I just love it.the idea with the unpastuized honey it must be cold water only so not to kill the prebiotics in honey.I don’t do a 2ferment on it so as not to take a chance on sugar. I hope it works just as good as kombucha in the way you are talking about. So to protect my bladder from harmful bacteria . I find JUN is much easier for my gut. What do you think?

Hi! We personally believe that Jun is just kombucha using different ingredients. So the bacterias will be similar (if not the same) and so should the benefits! www.culturedfoodlife.com/recipe/jun-kombucha/

Saccharomyces boulardii gave me such a severe yeast infection, glad it works for some. Candida also builds biofilms

Hi Cathy! This could've been a detox healing crisis reaction. While the bad yeasts and bad bacteria are getting balanced by probiotics and cultured foods you can go through a healing crisis where things flare up. my daughter got a yeast infection while healing as well. But it was from all the excess bad bacteria and yeasts in here system exiting her body and she was so much better afterwards and hasn't had one since! (in 17+ years) . I'm not a doctor, but I stand behind these powerful probiotics. You also must remove all sugars from your diet (temporarily) to truly balance out the candida

@@CulturedFoodLifeSchwenk maybe so they just made me so sick and skin was on fire, I take berberine now to kill candida and use kefir as well, kombucha did the same thing to me I was making it but stopped till I get this under control. You have helped me so much and I thank you I'm starting to feel better, antibiotics may be good but after they gave me 3 hospital infections from camera's I was in bad shape from the poison. I'm learning from you as I go, I can't wait for Tuesday to roll around, So thanks.

@@cathymcmahan7530 Oh yes definetly sounds like a healing crisis to me especially if both foods gave you the same reaction. My daughter went through a major healing crisis. there is a light at the end of the tunnel!! Be careful with killing candida that you dont use supplements or methods that kill all yeasts and bacteria. IF you kill the good yeasts and bacteria the candida will grow out of control again. The only way to truly heal is to crowd out the bad bacteria and yeast with the good guys! I hope you find your way and experience wonderful healing!

I'm taking it right now, I think you have to build it up slowly. I sometimes feel like I'm getting a slight yeast infection but I think it's just working it's way out of me and I can actually see it.

@@CulturedFoodLife ... Do you know what supplements kill the good yeast and bacteria? I have been taking Oregano oil and grapefruit seed extract to make sure I don't get a diverticulitis flare up while trying to build my good bacteria up with kefir and Sacromyces boulardi?

@@CulturedFoodLife No problem, hahahaha, I just want to make sure I will be buying the book you are so excited about and thank you! It does sound very interesting, I listened to the intro sample and it is about the whole of "the you," who can grow a new body (and connect with our Inner Spirit) and I also practice Shamanism so this will be right up my alley, YIPPEE!
