That was a beautiful story/ lesson. So far I've introduced homemade kombucha, kefir and a few cultured veggies....the improvement in my physical and mental health is amazing! I'm going to try sourdough next. Thank you for your time and sharing your experience / knowledge ❤️🌸😊
I love all your video; but I was wondering of Kombucha would cause any problems in your tooth? I really like the taste but people seems think it can be very acidic for your teeth? Is that true? Thanks in advance for your answer you!
Hi! Kombucha if fermented properly will actually be alkalizing to the body. We've been drinking a lot of it for almost 2 decades and our teeth are doing great!
