So so good Donna! I’ve been doing so much research on long fermented sourdough and even einkorn and this morning I wake up to another one of your gems. So timely, thank you! I would to hear more on the subject with relation to diabetes.

Thank you for sharing another great podcast. I don’t eat bread anymore but my mom does and is struggling with the regular store bought varieties. I may suggest this to her. God Bless. 🙏🇨🇦

That was a beautiful story/ lesson.
So far I've introduced homemade kombucha, kefir and a few cultured veggies....the improvement in my physical and mental health is amazing!
I'm going to try sourdough next. Thank you for your time and sharing your experience / knowledge ❤️🌸😊

I love all your video; but I was wondering of Kombucha would cause any problems in your tooth? I really like the taste but people seems think it can be very acidic for your teeth? Is that true? Thanks in advance for your answer you!

Hi! Kombucha if fermented properly will actually be alkalizing to the body. We've been drinking a lot of it for almost 2 decades and our teeth are doing great!

Donna Schwenk Thank you so much and I do agree with you; I’ve been drinking Kombucha for a few month and I feel great and I seem to not catch any flu or cold(I feel as though I am invincible! 😊
