Yeah, his way of thinking is weird. Even rover the giant monster dog is just a plain normal dog in his eyes and Garou in this case is just a stubborn cosplaying child with temper tantrums. If he did, he would have blown him to bits.

I don't think Garou stole Saitama's power. He just mimicked Saitama just like he did Bang and Watchdog Man
He did say after copying he hones it to perfection. But I think the difference is Garou still has a limiter even though incredibly powerful it won't be infinite like One Punch Man. So eventually garou will get beaten back into sense.

I love the comedy aspect of OPM. That's why I like when he ends fights in an instant.
That star attack can probably be explained by it being super concentrated into the beam. So energy control in a nutshell. That's also would explain why Saitama knew he couldn't let it even skim the planet because it would then disperse and kill everybody. Which is obviously bad for obvious reasons for a hero.

Murata-Sensai recently said on Twitter that Garou now has the power to shake the very Universe. That means we're probably gonna get some real nasty feats in the upcoming chapters! And Garou has already shown he's a Star Level being, so that's already a really good start to the fight!

Dude, I love your breakdowns of the One Punch Man manga. I read the manga then watch your review because you explain what's going on so well and you point out so many things in the background that I keep missing! You make this manga even better!
Honestly, I'm not sure how they can top this other than fighting God himself. Think about it Garou's punches are now as strong if not stronger than literal nukes and he can casually fire a Supernova like it's no big deal. There is literally nothing else on Earth or even the Galaxy at this point that could be stronger. Remember Boros came to earth specifically cause nothing in the galaxy could challenge him and Garou is WAY stronger than he was, so what's left?

Yeah this is the problem. Murata has set the manga on an abysmal path, he’s gonna keep trying to one up every single antagonist, which means it’s gonna get stupidly powerful and way more boring. Garou vs saitama wasn’t liked in the webcomic for strength, it was enjoyed for the characters.

I'm pretty sure with garou's gamma ray attack I'm sure the earth wasn't destroyed because with his new control of energy he was able to direct it at saitama only, leaving everything else untouched,if saitama was on the ground that blast would likely have wiped out the earth and garou would not know what to do next

Yeah its a weaker form. The gamma Ray goes both ways hence we saw rays go both sides of him. The one behind went straight into space and the one in front hit Saitama. We will probably find saitama in another solar system or at the edge of the current solar system like on Pluto. It will be fun seeing him jump back like that moon jump.

Except, look at the flow pattern, at the very least earth would at the absolute minimum suffer a full atmosphere irradiation event with the rebound waves of gamma radiation going atmospheric. That planet is toast.
