Because becoming a monster means forfeiting your humanity, which Garou was slowly losing as he grew in power... But now, if only gradually, he is learning his errors and has his humanity back, casting away the wickedness once within him.
After so many fights it's so heartwarming to see a happy Garou talking with Bang like father and son. I'm so happy that Garou is going to be Bangs successor, excited to see where tabata takes this.
The fact that Garou likes a character that resembles his mother is not weird by the way, for anyone thinking it is. Men usually tend to find a mate who resembles either their mother or older sisters. For women it's the same but then with their fathers or older brothers.

Be prepared to be disappointed if they do 12 episodes. If they do 12, it will either end on a seemingly random part of the heros entering the monster association or they will be cutting extremely large amounts of content to have it end with saitama vs orochi.

Season 3 honestly shouldn’t be super eventful. Garou will receive his task from gyro gyro, the strike force will be assembled, saitama and friends will share hot pot, garou will fight royal ripper and bug god, tareo will be taken, narinki’s private squad will have their moment, garou will kill royal ripper and we’ll see some more development from some of the monsters.

From the looks of it, I think the manga's interpretation of the Neo-Heroes arc is going to be influenced by Bang's decision to resign and "pass" the position to Garou. Suppose that the Hero Association does take Garou as Bang's successor, the general public or at least several vocal individual, is going to protest the decision and complain how can a villain, one whose intent was to destroy the world, is accepted as a hero. Perhaps from this sentiment, the Neo-Hero Association is going to be built, upon the ideal image of a hero I presume.
For the dark figure watching saitama it would make the most sense for it to be THE GOOD BOY ROVER. My reasoning is the shape that we see. Black S has no pointy bits and its all smooth. Monaco has 2 horns and is more ball shape. And rover is a dog and the outline is all fuzzy and looks the most like fur

The webcomic garou was better since he started looking for a job rather than being a hero as such it also hyped how strong he was since he took beating from seiryu and the neo heroes but that didnt even affect him.
Garou of alternate timeline had to realise it the sad way when saitama said he clings to someone for support and when he tries to dismiss it he realised he also cling for support and garou took away that support
I'm honestly kind of disappointed with the manga's direction Because of the time travel nonsense, Saitama vs Garou technically never happened which meant that Garou's breakdown and existential crisis from the webcomic also never happened. The webcomic's conclusion of the arc was a lot more bittersweet but allowed Garou to change as a character rather than the manga's "happy ending" where Garou basically starts again exactly as how he was in the beginning of the arc
im not sure if garou is the same as when he started, he still seems humbled by the experience and likely has realized that he wanted to be a hero all along. webcomic garou definitely is in a lower spot but manga garou seems to be where one is trying to take webcomic garou
Him losing the stat buff from his cosmic, awakened, and monsterified forms makes sense, but losing the "Monster Calamity God Slayer Fist" makes no sense. This is a honed technique and fighting style from observing other styles, experience from fighting, and perfecting his martial arts. You don't just forget to do that when you stop being a monster. Not only that, but Garou should still also have access to "Saitama Style". This form and technique wasn't from God's powers, or Monsterification. He used his high IQ and Battle IQ to learn Saitama's style, the same way he learned Bang's "Fist of Flowing Water", and his own patent pending "Monster Calamity God Slayer Fist".

Funny enough, I think they actually might have misspelled Gao-Yellow, which is the Yellow Super Sentai, from Hyakuju Sentai Gaoranger, which is actually what Power Rangers Wild Force is Based off of. Every single season of Power Rangers was first a Super Sentai series, in which they replace the japanese out of suit actors with american ones. So, no, not a "Power Rangers Parody" as you put it. Probably a direct reference to Hyakuju Sentai Gaoranger. I'd actually believe this over anything, considering Mumen Rider is a nod, and even canonically a fan in the show of, Kamen Rider. Kamen Rider's creators also made Super Sentai, so it's more than likely that ONE is just a huge Tokusatsu Fan.

Ya, i don't feel like saitama could find him. Sure the guy is insanely powerful. But when it comes down to tracking people or other support skills. He is very much lacking as he is kinda a moron.
So i would argue that if saitama wanted to find garuo. He would be unable to. As unless its a giant monster terrorizing the city. he wouldn't have a clue.
I love the idea that he keeps the moniker of "Hero Hunter" for his hero name, because as often as he protects people from monsters (tries to talk them down, first, succeeds a lot), he also protects monsters from people/heros
Even better, the thought that his city is one where monsters and people have chosen to live together for their mutual benefit

God is a spirit that no one can see and who loves us so much that he manifest himself becoming flesh (man) ( Timothy 3:16) and dwelled with man and died on the cross so we can have everlasting life with him in heaven. The wages of sin is death but the free gift of God is eternal in Christ Jesus ( Roman 6:23) why wouldn’t you accept this free gift. Give your life to him and confess your sins to him and trust in him like you would trust in a parachute.
So you see the blood of Christ washes our sins and and make us clean in front of God, so on judgment day God sees us as innocent and not guilty. We don’t go to heaven because we’re good person… no God will judge us base on our me standard of living and sins we did in our life, just like in the court of law. The Bible says for by grace that we are saved through faith and not of ourselves lest any man boast but it’s the free gift of God. You see we cannot earn our way to heaven but only trusting God and in our lord Jesus and not relying on good works to go to God. Just like in the court of law, Jesus payed our fines so we won’t get separated from him. God wants your heart.

Season 1 was a God tier animation but season 2 wasn’t that good since it was done in a rush and Jc Staff isn’t known to be as good as mappa and other studios

The webcomic garou was better since he started looking for a job rather than being a hero as such it also hyped how strong he was since he took beating from seiryu and the neo heroes but that didnt even affect him.

Because of the time travel nonsense, Saitama vs Garou technically never happened which meant that Garou's breakdown and existential crisis from the webcomic also never happened. The webcomic's conclusion of the arc was a lot more bittersweet but allowed Garou to change as a character rather than the manga's "happy ending" where Garou basically starts again exactly as how he was in the beginning of the arc
im not sure if garou is the same as when he started, he still seems humbled by the experience and likely has realized that he wanted to be a hero all along. webcomic garou definitely is in a lower spot but manga garou seems to be where one is trying to take webcomic garou

So Garou tried to pull off the classic Zero Gambit. Silly Garou, only Lelouch Vi Britannia has been able to pull that one off with any success.
What is that?
Him losing the stat buff from his cosmic, awakened, and monsterified forms makes sense, but losing the "Monster Calamity God Slayer Fist" makes no sense. This is a honed technique and fighting style from observing other styles, experience from fighting, and perfecting his martial arts. You don't just forget to do that when you stop being a monster.
Not only that, but Garou should still also have access to "Saitama Style". This form and technique wasn't from God's powers, or Monsterification. He used his high IQ and Battle IQ to learn Saitama's style, the same way he learned Bang's "Fist of Flowing Water", and his own patent pending "Monster Calamity God Slayer Fist".
